TOTAL FRAUD! I ordered a Ghee Podi Masala Dosa and guess what? Not a SINGLE DROP of ghee was used. They cooked it entirely with OIL. I watched closely as they prepared it—the cook never even touched the ghee bottle (which they keep in a plastic squeeze bottle). Everything came from a steel mug, which I know contains only oil—I’ve been to this place many times and have seen this pattern.

And here’s the kicker: they charge Rs. 50 extra for a dosa made purely with ghee! So not only are they lying to customers, but they’re blatantly overcharging for something they don’t even deliver.

When I complained to the person at the billing counter, he first insisted they used ghee. But when I told him I had carefully observed the preparation and no ghee was used, his face dropped. He knew I was right—but he didn’t apologize or even bother to say it wouldn’t happen again. Just complete indifference.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off. If you still want to eat here, make sure you WATCH how they prepare your so-called “ghee” dish—because you clearly can’t trust them.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S REPLY: Let me set the record straight. There was only one steel mug, and it clearly contained oil — the same oil was being used to prepare regular dosa orders by other customers. There was also only one squeezer, which had ghee in liquid form. After I raised my concern, I personally saw the same squeezer being used to make a ghee dosa for another customer. So the owner's claim that the steel mug had ghee is a flat-out lie.

And let’s not ignore the bigger pattern — just scroll through the other 1-star reviews. Not once has the owner admitted any fault. Are all these customers wrong too? You know the answer....

I had a very disappointing experience at Namma Adigas today. I ordered 3 plates of idli, one khali dosa, and 2 coffees as a parcel. For the khali dosa, the manager, Mr. Raghavendra, informed me that they only provide either chutney or sagu, not both. However, I requested both chutney and sagu and even offered to pay extra for a single additional cup of sagu. Despite this, they outright refused. Neither the staff nor Mr. Raghavendra was willing to accommodate my request, and instead, they argued with me, showing no willingness to resolve the issue.

This is not the first time I’ve faced such behavior at this outlet. The staff, including the manager, Mr. Raghavendra, behave as if they are the owners and show no regard for customer satisfaction. It’s disappointing to see such unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, especially towards regular customers.

If someone has to argue and repeatedly request for a single cup of sagu, then you yourself can judge the quality of your service. If Namma Adigas is entirely focused on being a commercial business, they should at least allow customers to pay extra for additional items. Worst experience. They don't have a proper chef. We had been there to celebrate birthday party of my son. They spoilt entire party.

Namma adigas had served food that was too spicy, and kids neither adults were able to eat. We had clearly mentioned that this is order for kids. We had ordered paneer 65 it was too spicy to eat and unbearable. It was really spicy even after telling not to prepare spicy one. After a long wait they came and agreed to replace with a less spicy. The person who took Order tooks his own decision of serving Gobi instead of checking with us. Mushroom pepper fry was pathetic. Mushroom soup was only with cinnamon. Gobi parata looked he is prepared for the first time.

Even after complaining to the person who takes order. He was not even bothered.

We did tell the manager about the experience. He informed me this wouldn't happen in future. He also informed there were Issues with the chef. Not sure how they are running this kind of restaurant without a proper chef.

I WOULDN'T recommend this HOTEL to anyone. If u want to spoil u r time with family. This is wonderful place.
