I strongly advise against ordering food or salads from FreshMenu. They are deceiving customers with misleading images and descriptions on their app. The pictures make the food look abundant, fresh, and delicious, but the reality is completely different. When I placed my order, I was shocked to receive a tiny portion—barely enough for a child, let alone an adult. The so-called "meal" I received looked nothing like what was advertised.

Not only was the portion size disappointing, but the quality was also subpar. The salad was wilted, lacking any real flavor, and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The ingredients were far from fresh, and some even had a stale taste. To make matters worse, the packaging was poor, and my food arrived in a messy, unappetizing state.

It’s clear that FreshMenu is cutting corners and prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. They lure customers in with flashy images and a wide variety of options, but in reality, what they deliver is nothing short of a scam. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve had, and I regret wasting my money.

If you value quality, portion size, and honesty in food delivery, do yourself a favor and avoid FreshMenu...

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Ordering!!!!!! Ordered through Swiggy from FreshMenu (Order No: FM53709131). All 4 items I received looked like they were prepared and packed by roadside vendors — absolutely no standard of quality or hygiene.

The Creamy Mushroom Pasta had just 3 tiny slices of mushroom and absolutely no cream — completely misleading from what was shown.

Ordered Blueberry Oatmeal Cake, but they shamelessly sent a chocolate cake instead, without any prior intimation.

The Spinach Corn Sandwich and Manchurian Dumplings were soggy, tasteless, and poorly packed.

To top it all, there was no valid customer support number to reach them for help. This is unacceptable from a brand like FreshMenu.

Nothing matched what I ordered. Horrible taste. Horrible quality. No accountability.

Please don’t waste your money here. They clearly don’t care about customer...

Ordered a couple of bowls from this place through Zomato. While the taste was good, the quantity was just completely unacceptable. Moms will not be ok to pack this quantity to their nursery kids and I am a full grown adult hungry even after having both the bowls. I could already see the floor of the (already small) black container when I opened it (like the scalp of a balding guy showing up here and there amidst the hair).

Charge whatever money is required but serve customers decent quantity for their meal. I am already having just leaves and proteins...
