Their menu is good, but quality of food needs to be impoved ASAP. I ordered Farm House Pizza, French Fries, White Cheese Pasta & Chicken Lollypop along with Pepsi.

Farm House pizza was raw and felt like eating just bread and nothing else. Rating 1/5

French Fries were good. Rating 4/5

White Pasta was having good taste but was over creamy. Also there was a lot ( huge quantity) of butter coming out of it, which itself gave me a huge concern that what I am even eating. Rating 2/5

Chicken Lollypop - My wife literally had a lot of vomiting all night after eating that. Rating 0/5

Pepsi - Its good as usual, but Rs 35 can of pepsi was charged at Rs 105 per can. TOO EXPENSIVE.

Top of that total bill of all the item was 1640 including taxes which is not justified with the quality.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FOOD.

For the first time in my life, WE WASTED A LOT OF FOOD!!!

Please think twice before going yo this restaurant.

Also, I have seen the rooms of this hotel, because I have purchased a yearly copoun book of this hotel. It consists of ONE NIGHT STAY at their hotel, where they are charging me 18% GST of Rs 850 approx which is not justified, but seeing the quality of room subject to room size and ventilation, its not...

It was a worst experience when we decided to plan an event in TGI INSIGNIA BHOPAL....By God forbid we didnt get trap in their words otherwise it would have been so complicated for my family on our D-DAY... THOUGH THE HOTEL CHAIN IS QUITE LAVISH BUT THE STAFF SPECIALLY THE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED ATUL VERMA OF BHOPAL BRANCH IS VERY ILL MANNERED AND AND VERY IMPUDENT TO MY SURPRISE WHICH IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT IF YOU GENUINLY AND TECHNICALLY BELONG TO THIS BACKGROUND... HE WASNT ABLE TO GIVE SATISFACTORY ANSWER TO OUR QUERIES WHICH IS SO OVIOIUS AND BUT NATURAL TO BE ASKED BY THE HOST OF THE EVENT SO THAT ANY EVENT CAN BE ORGANISED SMOOTHLY.. worst staff, dont know how greet there customers very arrogant staff!! worst service, food taste is pathetic !! services and delivering of food is not according to the price i would not suggest a single person to visit this place not recommended at all !! i have also taken there membership card, the person how came to sell that membership card has committed something else and when i visited the place for the first time the hotel staff denied to the services offered in the membership !! they told me that we are not liable for the things and its the 3rd party who is selling this membership card !!
