So i booked (ye 3 star hote nhi hai isse aacha hotel treebo Alankar hai) this hotel for 992 rs for just one day and i reach there by morning 8 staff were still sleeping and then they asked me to pay 700 more as a morning charges I told them that I’m not staying overnight so you can adjust it but they refused as the staff was ony guy nearly 27 years old he was so rude like wo room dekr muzpe upkar kar raha hai The room were not cleaned not the washroom was too dirty literally the hotel was for 1400 rupees for now as shown in the photos And there were spiders so i couldn’t sleep after my journey and then come the dinner part i was not in the room for whole day and then i ordered food at 7 pm I ordered one half chicken tikka masala 1 butter naan and one tandoori roti and lime soda When i asked for the bill the staff(it was a lady) told me it was 800 something it got suspicious when i calculated it was 541 only so I asked her to show me price so she told me that usne uske galti k wajhe se full plate sabji bhej di hai tab tak mene kha liya tha khana kyu ki mene subha se kuch nhi khaya tha as i was hungry Then she told me to bring the chicken tikka masala if i mene. Wo khaya nhi hai pr mene bill tabhi bulaya jb mera khana ho gaya tha Totally bad and rude behaviour of the staff Not so clean room there is always a pungent smell in the room no warm water in the washroom not recommended for anyone to have a room there Their are many good hotels better than...

Best value for money hotel. Some issues too occur such as the locks of bathroom was damaged. But i think it would not be a major issue. Rooms were very clean. Good staff and service was too very good. Best place to stay with friends and family. We were 5 to 6 friends there and enjoyed well. Especially the access to rooftop restaurant and the view from there at night. Staff was very cooperative too. Definitely a good stay. If the problems mentioned gets solved then definitely it is a five star...

Worst Hotel. Denied check-in on our confirmed and paid booking. And then when we tried to contact fabhotel for refund , they lied and said we didn’t like the room that’s why left., but infact they didn’t even show us the rooms and said every room was full. Why you guys take bookings when already full. Moreover lying to the investigation team...
