The moment you step into The Maple, you are welcomed by state-of-the-art interiors that exude elegance. The soothing and warm lighting sets the perfect mood for a relaxed dining experience. The seating is plush and comfortable, making it ideal for a long, leisurely meal with family or friends. The soft music of 90s playing in the background enhances the fine-dining vibe, making the experience even more delightful.

Culinary Delights – A Gastronomic Journey

The menu at The Maple is thoughtfully curated, offering a mix of Indian, Continental and Oriental cuisines. Here’s my take on the dishes I ordered:

Hariyali Paneer Tikka – A well-executed dish with fresh, soft paneer marinated in a mild yet flavorful green herb mix. The cheese filling inside added a delightful creaminess. Verdict: Excellent recipe!

Garlic Noodles – This was the star dish of the evening! The smoky Oriental flavor, combined with the rich aroma of garlic, made it an absolute delight. The noodles were well-cooked and had the perfect texture. Verdict: Best recipe of the day!

Paneer Lababdar – A classic preparation with a rich, creamy, and mildly spiced gravy. While the flavors were good, the dish didn’t stand out as extraordinary. However, I appreciated that the oil was well-balanced, making it a lighter option compared to other gravies. Verdict: Good for a one-time try.

Amritsari Dal Makhani – This dish was a showstopper! The perfect balance of ginger, garlic, cream, and spices made it one of the finest Dal Makhani preparations in Bhopal. The slow-cooked texture and deep, rich flavors made it a must-try for any dal lover. Verdict: Highly recommended!

Garlic Naan – Soft, well-made, and packed with flavor. Verdict: Good.

Lachha Paratha – Perfectly layered and flaky, just the way a good lachha paratha should be. Verdict: Well-made!

Missi Roti – The best in town! What made it special was the vibrant flavor of ajwain, which elevated the taste. Verdict: Must-try!

Jeera Rice – Fresh and flavorful with a subtle aroma of cumin. The only drawback was that it could have had a bit more coriander for added freshness. Verdict: Still a good choice.

Chocolate Shake – Unfortunately, this was underwhelming. It lacked the richness of chocolate and could have used more cream and chocolate syrup to enhance the experience. Verdict: Needs improvement.

Service & Overall Experience

The service was courteous and prompt, but one area that needs improvement is the availability of finger bowls instead of just wet wipes. A fine dining place like The Maple should pay attention to such small yet significant details.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at ‘The SKY 360’, the city's newest and only revolving restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant entrance, I knew I was in for a treat. Ambiance: The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, with panoramic views. As the restaurant gently revolves, you get to enjoy a 360-degree view of the Hoshangabad Road Bhopal and surroundings, which is a unique dining experience… Service The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Our waiter Mr Brijesh was friendly and made us feel welcome from the start, enhancing the overall experience. Food: The menu is a delightful fusion of contemporary and classic dishes . We started with Veg Kebabs Platter (includes Beetroot kebabs, Harabara kebabs Dahi ke kebabs, paneer tikka and Grilled pineapple , which were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. For the main course, we had Anjeer kofta gravy with garlic naan. At night they offer Buffet also.Till now they are serving VEGETARIAN FOOD ONLY (a bit disappointed but it was told to us that nonveg food is going to start in future) Value: While it's certainly a premium dining experience, the prices are justified by the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the views. The revolving concept added a magical charm to the dining experience — every moment brought a new perspective of the skyline, making it feel like a journey as much as a meal. The decor was tasteful, and the atmosphere was both luxurious and welcoming.

What truly set this evening apart, however, was the outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to detail. Every gesture — from the gracious greetings to the perfectly timed service — made me feel like a truly valued guest.
