Rude behaviour toward customers This poor rating they have earned purely on the basis of service and behaviour toward their customers though we are lucky to not have tasted their food yet.

On 23rd April 2023 around 10 am in the morning, our family with a group of 10 people visited their outlet on hoshangabad road. We had asked about what we can get in the breakfast as it seems too early for them and they were opening. Some old guy at the outlet said you will get South Indian dishes and sandwiches only, and he asked us to sit inside the restaurant. After sitting ideally inside the restaurant for 10 mins no one bothered to ask us about the order however, there were 2 guys cleaning the restaurant. When we asked them politely about taking our orders, the bald guy cleaning the restaurant impolitely said to sit in the adjacent sitting area as they will not serve here. When we asked him that why no one had informed us about it earlier and can't shift now as we all got settled down with senior citizen, small kids and infant then the guy behaved very rudely and said he didn't saw us as busy in cleaning. This is very impolite behaviour and no one would expect it when you are in a hospitality business. Head up to please change your attitude toward the customer or you will have to close down the outlet shortly due to your poor service...

The food quality used to be really good but they've compromised with the taste so much over the past few years. Except for their chhole kulcha there's nothing memorable or even close to delicious. I don't recommend their pav bhaji, Manchurian, dosa , pizzas or even idli. Paneer dishes r somewhat okayish but I would say it's an average restaurant compared to vrindavan, Milan outlets but you can give it a try if you don't have other options on hand. As for the ambience, imo it's too over the top with so much going on on the walls that it's distracting and the yellow theme is so saturated that it fails to provide a calm & serene environment that many cafes offer nowadays with minimal lightwood themed interior and muted colours pleasing...
