⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — A Nightmare Stay

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel compels me to warn others. What was supposed to be a relaxing and comfortable stay turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, it was a series of disappointments and poor service.

❌ Room Condition – Far from What Was Promised

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos online. It was small, dingy, and smelled musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. The sheets were stained, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the pillows were as flat as paper. I had severe back pain after one night. The air conditioner barely worked, and made a rattling noise all night that kept us awake.

🧹 Cleanliness – Practically Non-Existent

This hotel has no standards for hygiene. There was dust on every surface, hair in the bathroom, and the toilet had visible stains. The towels provided were rough, old, and had a weird smell. We requested housekeeping, and no one showed up even after multiple calls.

🚿 Bathroom – A Complete Disaster

The bathroom was in terrible condition. Broken tiles, a leaking sink, and barely any hot water. The showerhead was clogged and sprayed water in every direction except down. Water flooded the floor after every shower, making it unsafe to walk.

👎 Service – Unprofessional and Rude

The front desk staff was completely indifferent to any issues raised. Every complaint was met with a fake smile and zero follow-up. When I asked for a room change, they said the hotel was fully booked — yet I saw several vacant rooms. The staff often ignored phone calls from the room and were unavailable or unwilling to help most of the time.

🍽️ Food – Avoid at All Costs

The in-house dining was overpriced and terrible. We ordered dinner one night and received cold, tasteless, and stale food. We had to order from outside for the rest of the stay. Even the breakfast buffet was a joke — limited items, cold eggs, watery juice, and flies on the food trays.

📶 Amenities – Overpromised and Underdelivered

Wi-Fi didn’t work properly — slow and often disconnected.

No proper parking — had to park on the street.

No gym or pool — even though it was listed online.

The so-called "spa" was non-functional and looked abandoned.

🚫 Overall Experience – A Place to Avoid

This hotel is the definition of false advertising. The pictures are clearly outdated or heavily edited. The management is clearly more interested in cutting costs than offering a decent guest experience. What we paid for was not remotely close to what we received.

It was booked for our one night stay.||||We thought that this hotel will be pathetic as we had not heard it's name and quality.||||But when we visited the hotel we found it to be a good hotel with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms with running hot and cold water. The room was having d2h and LCD TV. The staff was nice but slow. The hotel lobby is very well maintained and spacious. Worst hotel you can ever find. They have an indecent staff with no management and customer redressal. The rooms are filthy and leaking, if you happen to find yourself in this hotel do not go to room 205 or 101. The AC leaks and the walls are literally dripping with water while you sleeping had to manage a whole night like this, until they changed it the next day.
