I had ordered a customised cake for rs. 2017.. the piece that I recieved was half melted, a crack in between and they didn't deliver the balloon which was a part of the cake. I then put a complaint, called them 10-15 times because none of the workers consider themselves answerable. After a while, the lady told me that it is melted because of the weather and you should keep it in the fridge, and the crack is for the cake topper. These are the dumbest things a company can say to a first time customer. And when I asked her to give me the managers number she quickly said we'll take the cake back and deliver you after modifying it with the balloon. The time of delivery was 12pm and it was eventually delivered at 6pm. The taste was not at all nice (flavour chocolate truffle). If you can't deliver it in proper condition then stop sending deliveries!! And they were saying "itna toh chalta hai madam" bro itna nahi chalta professional shops pe, jab cake special occasion k liye mangvaya h!!!! Never gonna order anything from this shop. I really had a horrible experience trying to get our order delivered. Nobody cared to tell it was getting delayed. We had to call whatsapp Instagram and Google to get through to get any information. In between we had phones banged on us by the customer care executives, personal remarks by their Instagram handle and dealing with a dysfunctional whatsapp number. A birthday cake for our parents delivered after they had slept off. Thanks for spoiling the occasion. Your Instagram handle found it witty to comment on my profession when I tried to seek help and complain. If at all any one had cared to tell us that order is getting delayed we won't have spent the whole night trying to get the order. Being a professional myself, if i have found time to post a negative review publicly you should understand how desperate did they make us feel. Complete disaster!!!! Plz don’t order any cake or any bakery items from them.. they just know how to make it look professional but really doesn't work like that I ordered a custom choco truffle cake for Rs 2500 with feeling for birthday and trust me it was the most horrible cake I ever had even a 20 Rs Britannia cake taste better. And after calling them for feedback and not for refund they were not ready to take it and stated that I didn’t cut it right 😂😂 like seriously guys … who says that…. Atleast get a better excuse to run with it. So if you really wanna surprise someone and not get yourself surprise with the taste and not feel embarrassed in front of your loved one you know from where you NOT have to order a cake… fraudulently...
