When I wished to extend my stay by a day, I encountered an issue with the front office staff. Initially, they rudely informed me that I would have to pay a higher rate than I had the previous day because I had not informed them in advance. Fortunately, a senior staff member intervened and courteously resolved the matter, allowing me to extend my stay at the same tariff.
However, the next day at breakfast, I felt let down again. Arriving 15 minutes late for the buffet, I was informed—rather curtly—that the complementary breakfast would not be served, and I would need to pay extra if I wanted to eat. While I understand rules need to be followed, the lack of professionalism and flexibility in handling the situation was disappointing. They could have handled it better, especially since the food was still available.

First, we found an insect in one of the sweet dishes, forcing us to have it replaced in the middle of the party. What was even more frustrating was the lack of any apology from the staff. Instead, we were told, "We don't make it here," which was hardly reassuring.
The problems didn't end there. Later, we discovered a hair in one of the food items. When we brought it to the staff's attention, we were dismissed with the response, "It's your destiny, and in the food industry, this happens." Such a nonchalant attitude towards hygiene and customer service was extremely disappointing.
