My review- This newly opened outlet in Chandigarh surely has set the bar quite high for other eateries and cafes of the city with its spectacular interiors, comfortable dining area and remarkably delicious food. Your sublime plated meals are brought by their amazing and courteous staff. All the dishes are hygienically prepared using quality ingredients. The beverages are prepared in a live kitchen with so much enthusiasm and surely is joyful to watch the chef prepare those mind boggling shakes and coolers. The sliders were a moist paneer patty placed along with cheese and veggies in colored slider buns and were served along with nachos. The pasta was the superstar of my order. The sauce was well seasoned and so creamy. Served with a slice of garlic bread, the pasta was just how I usually prefer. The cheesy fries were not those regular fries with cheese sauce but were in house spice dusted fries with cheese sauce poured over and in between the layers of the fries, placed in the jar. Apart from the pasta, the cooler was what I liked the most. Freshness of passion fruit, icy, little tartness and not too sweet all combined made a fantastic go to option for coolers here at Xero Degrees. Trying freak shakes from the menu should be a must while visiting here. I went for choco brownie which was flooded with anything and everything chocolate. Dunked choco icecream bar and whipped cream with sprinkles really make this thick chocolate shake an exemplary freak shake. The food is so flavorsome and that too at very reasonable prices, a spot to come hangout with friends and loved ones on any regular day. Cost for 2- 800 Rupees for 2 approx.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. From start to finish, the visit was frustrating.

First, the wait times were extremely long. We had to wait far too long just to place our order, and then it took an unreasonable amount of time for our food to arrive. Even getting drinks took much longer than expected. The lack of efficiency from the staff was noticeable, and there seemed to be no urgency to serve customers in a timely manner.

When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The flavors were bland, and the quality did not match the price. It seemed as if the ingredients were not fresh, and some dishes were poorly prepared. It was clear that more attention was given to presentation than the taste.

The biggest issue, however, was the drinks. Not only did they take forever to be served, but they also made us feel sick afterward. Whether it was an issue with the ingredients or how they were handled, it was unacceptable. A restaurant should ensure that its food and drinks are safe to consume, and this experience raised serious concerns about hygiene and quality control.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The combination of slow service, disappointing food, and questionable drinks made it an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a meal that is worth their...
