One star for impolite staff behaviour. We were denied room even after confirmed booking from Goibibo. Staff are empathyless pathological liars. They want me beleive that they do not have any consent or tie-up with any online platform since charges paid were less according to them... I recently visited hotel,and booked a premium deluxe and the experience is poor, the reason being - Firstly, water was leaking from the ac directly on the bed. Secondly, the flush pot is draining water outside. Thirdly , the taps in bathroom works so slow that it will take a day to fill.
