Worst service and food, We ordered paneer masala dosa and confirmed 2 times to the server but they severed us butter dosa and when we asked them to change it they said they just add paneer on this and give you so you eat this and we will not replace this butter dosa, if you need paneer dosa then you have to order separate one. Anyway I spoke to the manager and asked is this customer’s mistake or your staff’s, they finally agreed to replace and took almost 25 mins to prepare new dosa, and it was very small as compared to the masala dosa and everything was tasteless and sambar tested like stale. Very rude staff and worst service.

They are advising 100 rs thali outside the restaurant and inside the rate is 399 rs. The advertised price is just to attract customers. Be aware of this.

We recently had a party here, which was a lunch for almost 25 people. We have experienced the most pathetic service ever, and our reputation was put down by them. The ambience was bad as the a.c. wasn't working ,the management was very poor ,as they don't even know how much food to serve and how the order is to be managed,most of our guests returned without eating satisfactorily, which was embarrassing for us. They don't have finger bowl service ,and even the basin tap wasn't working. They sent only 2 waiters to look after 25-30 people ( imagine the condition) , honestly we loved the taste of their food thatsy we choose this place but it was our worst decision ever. I would never suggest anyone to visit...

I had ordered a plate a few days ago, from here it never happens, we go empty from their place for 23 years and eat their food in the restaurant, but this time they sent the plate to us.The two kulchas which were there were raw and the roti kulcha parathas that come along with the plate were completely raw, we cooked at home, along with the curry of cheese was half, this time it is their second mistake as well.
