Hotel Sagar Presidency — Hotel in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Went with friends for a long weekend in daman.||Cons -||1. We faced water issue in the morning and no water was provided to guest till 11 am.Same was given post guest came screming from the room.||2 No Fridge available in the rooms.you can get rooms with fridge at Rs 1000/day easily near devka beach.||3.Reception lady was telling us that for other service there is an extra cost.||4.Also faced a issue in getting liquor for outside.||5.Complimentary breakfast is pathethic and restuarant staff is not friendly||6. we called and booked a room for two at Rs 1800 but reaching we were charged Rs 1800 per day and Rs 2500 for the next day.||7.Rooms dont have balcony or proper windows and you will feel that you are living ina anda cell.||||Pros - ||1.2 km from devka beach.( Anyways the beach is not worth going as it is rocky you cannot enter water.||2.A/C works really good in the rooms.||3.Rooms cleaning was done very well.||||Overall a big NO to this...

Booked 2 days Deal from Clear Trip, as per the Itinerary Break fast and Lunch/Dinner Included along INR 500/- Voucher. When Reach Hotel it was informed ClearTrip has wrong information updated on the portal. Only Voucher is included in the Room, but when escalated they agreed to give B'fast and Lunch/Dinner for which I have to give away my INR500/- Voucher. I thought never mind as I was with my Family. To my surprise the B'fast was offered to us from the Menu stating you can only order couple of Items and not what you like. It's like they forced use to eat what they were offering us.||Never stay at the Hotel Sagar Presidency, a pathetic place to stay with Family and Reception Manager is Pathetic person who don't know how to talk and receive Guests at all.||More so No proper Parking place you can only Park max of 5 Vehicle right in front of the Main Entrance and you might end of leaving your vehicle on...

One star only because I needed to give. I booked one room but on inspecting the room my wife refused to stay. Then we checked in Hotel Blue Lagoon which is just across the street. One should stay here if they have no option and this is the last hotel on Earth. They don't change sheets not get the toiled cleaned. Served by a bunch of arrogant hot heeded staff who are yet to learn etiquette and manners. Commercialism and profit seems to be the driving force behind the operations. Even after the fiasco the staff was unapologetic and didn't refund the money till date. Sadly such hotels are registered in Stayzila. The occupants coming there seems shadowy and reeks of foul play.
