Mr bake the live cake shop daman — Restaurant in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Hi, This is to bring kind attention specially to owner and the trust customer who believe in the quality and service of the product at their expectations. This incident took place on date 08/08/25 we had personally visited shop at teen batti and explained in brief the way we need the cake to be designed. After confirmation on well understanding of the concept we didn’t left with the payment bec we had trust in the management and made full payment. But during the time of pickup the cake we saw was made disaster and not as per the instructions we were very disappointed and whole planned was spoiled as it was our son 9th birthday. Later when we called the shopkeeper said the owner name Mr . Chetan was not present at the shop and even they know it’s a big mistake happen they didn’t bother to informed the same to him . Never mind the guy who was handling was bit little sensible and was trying to get things in line but really speaking the cake was so horrible made that even the modification would not sort out this issues. Apart from this all Mr.Dhawal who was handling billing counter and he is not owner didn’t have manner how to deal or speak with the customers he started using the word like “ DADAGIRI” which was really shocking for any decent family and this word made me to visit the shop personally but Mr dhawal didn’t appear to apology for the misbehaving words used with us on phone but busy selling the cake and making bill . But I said the guy who was sensible made full refund but this time is not for the money to get back in hand we had lost the time and special moments of my son. Customer needs respect and discipline where there are numbers of shop in Daman but we choose you to make our day special and not to get insulted but making worst cake and misbehave by Mr Dhawal like employees on this special day. Mr chetan I was told you are the owner pls look into this matter and mr Dhawal need training on how to handling or speak to decent families or he not suppose to come on phone or at the counter if if don’t know how to speak . Very disappointing experience pls avoid this shop on rush time or else heavy disappointment and unprofessional environment will spoil yr rest of the day and mind specially Mr dhawal avoid this shop bec of this man. I am extremely disappointed with the bakery's service. I ordered a Friendship Day cake for my client, and it was a disaster. The cake was poorly decorated, and looked nothing like the design I had specified. I had given a photo cake design which was very easy to make and still they couldn’t match it. The quality of the cake was subpar, with the cake being dry and tasteless. And yes, they charge heavy for a half kg cake like unexpectedly heavy. Worst cake shop that i have ever visited. If there is a minus rating I’ll give them -5. I order a cake and explain them design as well to the person. I got different cake as I ordered. And its already 12:30 Am in Morning. And i order blueberry cheese cake but there is no cheese inside the cake.
