Very Very bad experience ..Booked a room on call and finding a placedifficult as there is no Lighter name plate ..jst a small name plate on gate ..somehow i reach there first the caretaker told me there is no room even i booked on call and it was late 10pm in winter night...I called again from where i booked and they he told the care taker on cal to provide a room ...The room booked for 2500 in cash..I provide the ids to thm and fill the register ..i asked the person to open the room and let my wife in and i am going to the ATM to withdraw cash but he refused ...He told me cant allow a minute ...My luggge is thereand my wife there he start insulting ...i thought i dnt need ti argue with him so i called the Person i booked(Divyam Goswami)and thought he will help but Mr Divyam as more rude and arrogant he told me cant provide a minute u can go to other place ...Its jst a thing i need to withdraw cash from nearby ATM and maximum will take 20 min ...but they refused..i want to leave that place but because i was with my family so i pay them tbrough UPI 3000 then they settle .. I am telling everyone personally please avoid to stay here ...if u have any prblm or issue they dont care..theses ppl dnt treat u well and will insult u ... This issue is not about money ...it is about being human ir respect....and rooms are really small ...and yes most imp NO NETWRK COVERAGE IN ROOM AND wifi is worst... 5 star reviews are paid here,do not go with it...If u book please visit the room it is too small and...

Im not someone that writes reviews, especially bad ones but i want to warn any foreigners coming to stay here. The service from dev raj was extremely rude and so was his manager. My international card wasn’t working in their machine, me and my friend tried almost 4 different cards. We tried to explain to him that it is the machine and we will try to find a cash point if it still doesn’t work, they started treating us like we were thieves trying to run away. (Noting that we ONLY just checked in and had 3 night stay booked). I had went to go help my friend get something and rudely was told that no ladies allowed after 8 and dev raj rudely looked at me and asked my friend if im going to stay the night? (I was wearing jeans and a fully covered top and no makeup lol) I thought bed chambers was a reliable international level standard with similar service, however within 20 minutes of being there, they made us feel like prostitutes that were going to run away without paying. The manager also was extremely rude and would not even take 2 minutes to listen to his customer or for me to explain that i can go to a cash point. I regret booking this unsafe and extremely disappointing place from booking.com and i really just want to warn, especially the foreign girls, please stay away from this place.
