Best Western Maharani Bagh — Hotel in Delhi

Great experience at the hotel with tastefully decorated rooms and amazing hospitality. Just 300m from Ashram metro station the hotel is also a 15 min ride from GK 1 market and attracts a diverse crowd. There is ample parking space too and there are rikshaws available right in front of the hotel. If there is heavy traffic the ride from airport will take around 45 mins otherwise 30 mins early morning. The restaurant has multicuisine options but mostly lunch items are available till 3pm. We tried their soup,fish and chips,grilled chicken and even curd rice and was satisfied. Prices are around INR 400 to 600 plus taxes. The buffet breakfast is neat and starts from 7am. You will also have munchies in the room like nuts,chips,trail mix priced approx INR 100 to 125. Additionally a gift box of condiments around INR 400. They also provided ample bottled drinking water. The small bathroom is very compact with all essentials and toileteries. My only issue was the airconditioning was not cooling evenly at 20 degrees and the electric kettle was faulty which was promptly fixed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at best western and I must commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff .specially prakhar. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient front desk team who ensured everything was in order and took the time to explain the hotel's amenities and services.

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of my room, always replenishing essentials without needing a reminder. I am still staying in the hotel, however i could not able to control my self to post my experience. We reached hotel around 1.10 PM and have been informed by receptionist to wait in 1 room as second room is not ready…now have ordered plate and soon for that they are charging 100rs …we are paying 10k per knight for such pathetic service… moreover it is situated at place where all the time you will get the traffic around no good eateries near by and hotel also lack on various basic Amenities.

You will get faaaaaar better service in just half of the price around delhi NCR …Never ever will stay at this group property …i keep coming to delhi atleast twice a month but never ever experienced such pathetic service.

Do not waste your money staying at this hotel…rest...
