Kerala Hotel Appus — Restaurant in Delhi

Today & last Sunday either me or my brother use to take Lunch from the restaurant. But from last few weeks We came to know every time they give one time less in delivery. Though Items are high in number so today I again asked there's person reconfirm that all are kept or not he said yes. At the time of payment Counter men asked me to scan his private phone scan instead of Scanner that kept at counter. Near about 20 to 40 rs every time they prifligeing. When I came to home I seen the stuff & seen that again one stuff is missing I came to know one Delhi Police Inspector Mr. Sah Ji running this restaurant. If such kind of mal practice is happening I strongly not recommend this restaurant. Today I informed restaurant person about last Sunday missing items but today again he done the same thing. Terrible Food Quality, Avoid at All Costs

I placed a takeout order with this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The curry dish I received had a foul, rotten smell that was immediately noticeable upon opening the container. After taking my first bite, I realized the curry was made with old, spoiled ingredients that should never have been served to a customer. The unappetizing stench and taste of the curry made it completely inedible. I had to throw the entire dish away, which was a waste of money and food. Serving rotten food is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for food safety and customer satisfaction. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this restaurant, as they clearly have major issues with food freshness and quality control.
