Hotel Divine Paradise — Hotel in Delhi

Writing this review for my fellow travellers. I had booked this place on Goibibo 15 days before my travel. Check in time was 12pm and I reached at 12.30pm. on arrival as a normal guest i requested for my prebook and prepaid room. Staff head told it will take time. I questioned him as i had arrived well inside the checkin time. He got thorouhly upset about my question and asked me to cancel my booking. I felt very insulted and unhappy as i had come after long journey from Pune with my train being 5 hours late. I kept my cool and tried to reason out with him that this is a prepaid booking more than 15 days back and i told hotel industry folks dont speak this way. Then he pittied me and tried to settle me with Standard Room. I again questioned him as per my Goibibo voucher its deluxe then why should i take wht he was offerring . Whole hotel staff had come by now and finally after lot of reasoning i got what i paid. the head realised his mistake and tried to soothe everyting down with offering us with tea till the time rooms where getting ready and latter apologise twice. Peaceful Stay with Stunning Views – Truly Divine!

I had the pleasure of staying at Divine Paradise, Manali, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the hills. The location is absolutely perfect—surrounded by nature, away from the noise, yet just a short drive from the main town.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. It felt like waking up in a postcard every morning! The interiors are elegant and modern, with all the comforts you'd expect from a quality hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The food was delicious—homely, well-prepared, and served fresh every time.

Whether you're visiting Manali as a couple, family, or just looking for some peace and quiet, Divine Paradise Manali is a perfect choice. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait...

Bad experience. The rooms are huge but very disturbing. All the noises from adjoining rooms and gallery keep coming in the room. It doesn't feel private at all. The staff is not cordial and supportive. Washroom was decent. Only plus is the location of property because all the places are very approachable and commute is easy from here. Duvets were super dirty and we had to request for room cleaning again because there was dust all around.
