Delhi Empire Dx Paharganj — Hotel in Delhi

I have stayed in many hotels, homestays, and hostels over the years, but this was THE MOST HORRIBLE one. I don't usually get bothered by minor inconveniences during hotel stays, and I don't often complain. However, I have to share this experience so that people know what happens at this hotel.

Firstly, if you book directly through them over the phone, they will quote a lower price. But upon arrival, they will argue and make you pay more.

Secondly, the rooms are terrible. The washrooms have broken plumbing, and the seats are unhygienic.

Third, if you ask them to get something for you like tea, they will demand a tip upfront and quote a high amount for the things you want to order. Then they will bring you something cheap and of low quality, claiming they couldn't find anything else.

Fourth, during checkout, they will initially tell you to take your time, but later try to charge you half a day's extra amount.

The person at the reception is extremely unprofessional. It seems like they intentionally employ someone with this attitude to manage things and harass customers. He even said, "Paisa toh dena padega, kuchh bhi ho jaye..." (You have to pay, no matter what happens) for a 20-minute late checkout.

When I pulled out my phone and turned on the camera to record what he was saying, he started yelling.

Worst and Pathetic Hotel experienced in my life, I booked this hotel with my wife, Their A/C Didn't worked for 2 Days and we already informed that their A/C is not working. but they didn't changed the room also, so we asked for discount while checkout, Instead of accepting the fault they started fighting with us, Snatched our phone 2 times while recording the situation, (This is what they said :- Paisa to pura dena padega, Jo karna hai karlo) And fir usne meri wife ko dhakka diya and tried to assault us or uske hath se phon chin ne ki kosis kiya.

BOHOT HI GHATIYA STAFF, I WISH YE DIN KISI BHI DELHI VISITOR KO NA DEKHNA PADE. US DIN AGAR HUMARA TICKET NA HOTA WE WOULD HAVE FILED...

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a room for three adults but were provided with only one double bed. Additionally, the shower was not functioning, and the soap provided was plastic . We had to contact the front desk multiple times for drinking water, and when it finally arrived, it was not clean.
