Hotel Lav-kush Deluxe — Hotel in Delhi

We checked in early hence they gave a room of 1300 which was never in use or the dirtiest one as I’ve never stayed before. The worth of the room is 0 as it’s not for stay. It’s like a store room where the garbages are kept outside of the room and it was never cleaned. The washroom is unusable as the pot was broken. I’m unable to understand why do they have such room and why do they have such category. After checking the hotel room online, I found they are giving their delux room in 1100 which is at the best as per the pictures but don’t know in the reality. It’s just that we were early so they gave a storage kind of a room. Either they don’t know about hotel room or taken us for granted due to our early morning check in. I would never recommend any known for this hotel. There is a hotel staff who seats at the reception at night and he is aged, he doesn’t know how to talk to the guests. When we paid the balance and showed him the same then too he was not letting us to go. He said madam you can’t go as first I need to check on my phone. We were a family who stayed in the hotel so first he should learn the difference. He was rude since the time we checked in. I did ask him if he is the owner of the hotel and he said yes I’m like the owner only. He is cunning rude and doesn’t respect...

Worst hotel that I have been to and stayed at. The desk receptionist sucks, he is the most unfriendly receptionist I have ever seen my whole life. The management rips off customer's money by not allowing you to deposit your baggage at the lounge of the hotel upon checking out. You need to pay the price of one night stay for them to keep your luggage even if you're not staying at the hotel. Constant powercut daily night for more than 10-15 minutes- that makes you inconvenient. Unfriendly staffs that wouldnt tell you the wifi password unless you ask them, grim looking rooms, no free water bottles, no breakfest provided, no house keeping services and the room is never cleaned even once. No towels, no hanger provided, no hot water flask or coffee and tea sachets. They have cut throat charge for the rooms. Only good thing was the hotel manager is a good guy. I would recommend bloomroom over this...

One of the worst experience...I had taken the room for just 9 hours on my transit....MakeMyTrip showed decent photos with a rating of 3.7, so being a short stay I took it for a charge of Rs.1099/- for 9 hours. The AC was non-functional and when asked they were so casually telling its under service and when I told its not acceptable they brought a technician eating half an hour of my short stay. The Bathroom and fittings were pathetic and dirty. I was provided a Bath towel with a hole. Very Very bad experience. I am losing my faith in MMT site also because last year I had booked a hotel in Shimla through them and it was an under construction property with so much of dirt in and around so this is my second bad experience...
