⭐☆☆☆☆ I had one of the worst experiences staying at Hotel Rampal Palace. The condition of the property is far below acceptable standards. Room & Cleanliness: The room allotted was in a very bad state. The bedsheets were dirty, torn, and clearly not changed for new guests. All the linen looked unhygienic, and the towels provided were old, rough, and in extremely poor condition. The room also had a strong foul smell, and despite raising the issue with reception, no proper solution was given. They just sent a housekeeping boy with a fragrance spray, which only masked the odor for a few minutes instead of fixing the root problem. Hygiene & Maintenance: The hotel shows no sense of cleanliness or hygiene. Dust and dirt were visible in corners, the washroom was not properly cleaned, and basic maintenance seemed completely ignored. Even outside the hotel, the surroundings were dirty and unkempt, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere before even stepping inside. Staff Behavior: The reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Rather than showing concern for guest comfort, they almost ignored my complaints. The attitude towards guests felt careless and unprofessional, which made the overall stay even worse. Location & Clientele: Most of the hotel’s clientele is linked to Apollo Hospital, which makes hygiene and cleanliness even more important. Patients and their families often stay here, and one would expect the property to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The lack of proper care and cleanliness is shocking, especially considering the type of guests who rely on this hotel. Overall Experience: This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Poor hygiene, lack of proper maintenance, unclean surroundings, and rude staff make it a place I would never recommend. Guests deserve respect, cleanliness, and comfort—unfortunately, Hotel Rampal Palace provides none of these. Very bad experience overall.

I've been lodged here for a few days. So far, the place is okay tbh. Rooms are big and spacious. Functional with a kitchenette so you can make your meals yourself, especially as someone who isn't based here and a foreigner, it helps a lot. Note that not all rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel is walking distance from the main road and there are other hotels and businesses on the same street. Vehicles are available outside all the time at the same rate they charge their people so far noone has tried to rip us off. It might help to check packaging of the things you want to buy as some have the prices printed on then. There isn't much of a view, just the alleys, neighbours and their laundry 😅 Housekeeping comes in early to clean the rooms. However, they hardly change sheets unless requested, same with washing the restroom. WiFi is available 24/7 and is very good. The cleaner Nandu is very nice same as other staffs. It's not a luxurious or fancy hotel but it works, it's convenient especially as a foreigner if you are on a budget and trying to stay within a certain budget. Generally it has a back to Uni, hostel life apartment feel.

The room is okay to stay for a short duration.. Staff behaviour is very polite and friendly but room maintenance is not up to the mark. The room I got didn't have a TV, the chair was broken and the toilet seat was shaking.. Routine maintenance is required by the owner. Thank you for the nice stay.

First of all this hotel is not in good lane, staff of this hotel is very bad and don't respond for anything you ask nor give you a proper support. Their is no water facility in this hotel they outsource water tankers which is a pain. I literally had to spend time in bathroom because there was no water available in the hotel it's just not me all the passengers staying here have faced the dance problem. I highly recommend you people not to use this hotel and boycott this hotel so great no more customers get cheated. Staff of this hotel don't even proper English in front of foreign customers they laugh in front of them when they speak and the guest keep asking them the answer is this the way we represent our country in front of foreigners?? They come to Apollo hospital in Jasola for treatment and get cheated for little money. I think it's time to wake up and give them prepare answer.... These people have ruined my business meeting and i had to face a lot of challenges coz of them. Lot more to write but i dont have much time... People please be aware of them and don't...
