I never expected that BTW he could do this. I came here 2 days ago with my wife, then I ordered Dahi Bhalla and Mixed Veg Uttapam.

First of all I will talk about the arrival of the order, when I placed the order it arrived within exactly 50 minutes after placing the order.

I was not expecting my order to arrive so late. There were other people like me who were already sitting and waiting for their order, but theirs also did not arrive on time.

Then when my order came, I ate mixed veg uttapam, believe me, the way I ate it, it tasted so bad to me as if the rice was very old and was smelling bad. I then called the manager and fed him and asked how he was feeling, the manager's reply was also the same that Sir he was feeling very useless. Then the manager said, please tell me the item, I will bring it, then I ordered rawa masala dosa, but it had the same taste as before.

Then I did not eat anything there and left it as it was. After eating here my whole day was wasted, I felt strange.

Then I will talk about the sitting which was totally useless, even the AC was not working here, it was feeling so hot after coming here.. Whoever was eating here, they were getting a lot of sweat and me too.

If this keeps happening here then you will have to...

BTW for those who don't know stands for Bittu Tikki Wala and as you can imagine from the full form, the speciality of this place is the Aloo Tikki. And let me tell you this, this Aloo Tikki is one of the most unique ones that you will have if you are willing to try. It costs around 100 rupees but I would say it's worth it. So what do you get for spending 100 bucks. Well you get a crispy Aloo Tikki made with potatoes and daal, with a sweet curd gravy on top of it. But it doesn't stop there. You get chutney of course - red (sweet flavour) and green (chilli flavour), some garnishing with salt and pomegranate seeds to finish it all off. The Tikki size is also large as compared to its competitors. For drink I would suggest don't go for cold drinks as the combination of cold drinks and curd is not that great. I would say go for sweet lassi. You can also try their second famous paapdhi chaat, which has some some nice crunch to it due to the added paapdhi. Overall I think, it is a great experience for what you are paying and...

I recently purchased Besan Laddu from BTW Jasola, Living Style Mall branch. The MRP of pack is clearly printed as ₹249 on the back of the box, and I am attaching pictures as proof. However, I was charged ₹299 pack at the billing counter, with no valid reason provided.

When I politely asked the staff why they were selling the product above the MRP, their response was extremely unprofessional and rude – they simply said “299 ka hi hai” in a disrespectful tone.

No matter how tasty and fresh their food is, that does not justify charging extra from customers. This is totally unacceptable and feels like blatant exploitation of customers. Selling products above the printed MRP is illegal and unethical.

I strongly advise management to take strict action against such practices to prevent customers from being looted. No customer should have to face such unfair treatment. Please ensure transparency and strict adherence to the proper...

We have visited the place many times. Really love the aloo tikki and dahi bhalla here. Pav bhaji is also good, but nothing compares to the first two. The sweets and other items however, are average. We did not have any great experiences trying them. The seating is a little tight. Although there are additional seats inside the mall yet they are insufficient. Another option of is to use the tables outside the mall to stand and eat. However this is a viable option only during winters.
