Let me give you the very first warning that all positive reviews on oyo app about this hotel are fake. I thought that may be something will be different for me and I will not face the issue which other people were facing before but I was wrong. I was wrong to ignore the previous reviews of this scam hotel. If negative rating were the option I would have given negative rating. You will not find the location of this hotel easily because no SIGN Board is present. The reception is on second floor and NO lift facility is available. You will have to climb the stairs which is very congested. The behaviour of the receptionist was worst and doesn't care about anything. All lucrative images shown of this hotel online are fake. I was denied check in because they said that my booking information is not available to them and even after contacting customer care my issue was not solved. I was told by the customer executive to cancel the booking and I will get the full refund. But after cancelling it was showing Rs 0 refund amount. After contacting customer care several times I got the email that only half amount will be refunded. I will raise this issue in the consumer forum if my issue doesn't get solved. When I went to check-in at 10:45 am, these people denied me check-in stating that they could not see my booking ID. I asked him like who called me in the first place to confirm my booking. I had the call recording which I played to him, still he didn't acknowledge. That guy in reception, his behaviour was like as if he doesn't care, like it's not my problem. I was totally disappointed by their behaviour.
The guy in reception asked me how much I paid online and when I told them I have booked 2 nights for 1400. He told me that they don't provide rooms below 1000/- per night. I was extremely disappointed because that's the online price with discount offer etc. How come they talk like this? Did I fix the price? Why should they even list online if they can't provide the promised service? This is scam.
