OYO HOTEL JANGPURA INN — Hotel in Delhi

This is such a pathetic hotel i have ever seen in OYO. The person sitting at reception is so dumb.. If you are not comfortable with the prices at the sites or OYO .. then why have u registered yourself there??? I went after booking at this hotel and the bloody guy at reception was telling me that ki bhaiya itne kam rate pe nhi ho payega.... He was asking me to may more 1000 rupees extra on the booking... He was not understanding at alll .... And was blaming OYO for everything. After 2.5 hrs i got checkin, that also i called many executives at OYO and asked that i won't go from here , because i can't travel whole night as i have train early morning.... The guy was acting very smart with me , after agreeing wht he did is ... Asked me to show my booking in OYO app and took my phone , and he was rating 5 star on my behalf without any permission and any information..i saw him doing this and snachted my phone . And after that he told me that if i don't rate him 5star now he won't let me check in. Somehow I managed everything...and he allowed me to room.... When i entered room .... I was like i was feeling to vomit.....the condition of the room was very dangerous... Full of fungus , no washed linen........so pathetic hotel... The bed was broken, AC supply was cut , TV supply was cut , dirty washroom, no curtains in hotels , no privacy at all.i was feeling very uncomfortable over there.. Extremely disappointed.....hotel is so pathetic and you are asking 1500 hundred rupees for that ... Mai 200 tk nhi deta us room k agar booking nhi ki hoti to....🤮🤮 Suggestions for hotel owner- Try to be polite with guest and don't fool them ...as they are giving u business, work on your room , make them perfect no need to ask fir 1500 rupees, if room will be good and accessible customer himself...

I booked a room by booking and prepaid half of price around 300 INR in December. Later I got a few messages that everything is alright and they're waiting for me. When I arrived to check in and pay other half they told me that because I am a foreigner I need to pay 14000 INR to check in. They didn't listen any arguments or threats that I will report this situation as a scam to a local police. I found another hostel and now I am waiting how booking are gonna respond...

The worst ever.......Literally nothing.No attentive staff, not so hygienic, No tv, no flush in the closet, no hot water, not even a mug, wifi is too slow, didn't get the price of what oyo offered. Worst hotel we took in these 8 delhi days. If u're looking for a hotel near the railway station, better find...
