Worst service ever. Very rude staff and dont respect customer. Every staff acts like as if they are doing charity by selling food. When we asked for green chutney the employee was very rude replied we don't make green chutney and still people buy from our restaurant. They have too much attitude due to huge business coming and they dont have courtesy to take feedback and on top they say if you like then eat here or not it's your choice we are not forcing you. I simply suggested that every pakoda which is made it comes with green chutney and not sweet sauce because if someone has sugar they can't eat sweet chutney. The guy sitting at the counter was even more rude while payment says you may choose to go somewhere that too he said to a woman (my wife). So then I replied that SitaRam Pakoda shop is hundred times better than Anandji because they respect and also give green chutney hence its my sincere request to those who have self respect ban this shop because of disrespect to a woman and who is filled with self ego that they are the best where in they have no manners how to talk with customer and they feel that customers will keep coming hence they don't respect customer as if they feel and treat themselves like ATM machine business will keep flourishing without respect and customer service. Such a shameless employees who were rude and misbehaved. Very very poor service and never visit again. Will share this experience with all my friends and family members. Anandji Lajpat Nagar shop needs to have some educated and respectful employees at least to maintain...
Read moreSo this is a legendary place. In winters they were nice and all. One negative thing of the place is that there is no seating, you are supposed to stand and eat. So come summers we decided to order via Zomato. We are allergic to coriander aka dhania and we mentioned this separately in the directions to restaurant tab before placing the order. To our horror and amazement at the same time they have us bhatoore full of Dhania (coriander) and I guess just for fun decided to garnish the chole (chicken peas) as well. I mean the directions to restaurant was in Hindi because we expected the person reading the order to have no ability of comprehension of the English language but I guess they just don't bother to read the customer's requests and do as they want just because they have a legendary tab. In the year 2022, I expected them not to be so stubbornly patriarchal and to give some attention to the customer's request. When we complained to Zomato they didn't do anything except tell us that, "they will escalate this matter with the restaurant!" Meanwhile we kept picking leave of coriander from our food, some "legendary" restaurant giving birdy jobs to do before...
