MSK Residency — Hotel in Delhi

This is the best mid range hotel I have ever stayed in India. I give the credit to Viskaz the manager. He is there every day and it makes a difference in how the hotel is run and the staff behave. I initially booked 3 nights but had an unfortunate motorcycle accident on my second day which made my stay last over 3 months. The only issue I could think of was slower internet on the third floor but upon mentioning it they changed the router to a very fast one! The room had big windows and a balcony with a view to the center of Dwarka. Near the hotel I could find everything I could think of. I usually stayed in Paharganj like most tourists did but south Delhi offered something much better. It's just 20 minutes away from the international airport so I highly recommend everyone to check out this hotel when you're stopping in Delhi. Our family booked this for 1 night stay. The owner cum management is very rude and loud. He doesn’t have basic decency how to remain quiet while guests are in the room and entire day and night he was shouting in the main lobby. The rooms are pathetic. The drawer next to bed broke and fell down while a bag was kept on it. One of the room gate locked from inside and my bhabhi got locked inside for 2 hours. Finally i had to kick and break the door open. For 3 times during we checked in, there was no water in bathrooms. The reason given to us that “we have water problem in Dwarka.” When it was requested that there should be water in morning, but still in morning there was no water to use washrooms. The hotel is good, good room, neat and clean bathroom. Staff is courteous and service is good. Its located in Palam Extension which is just adjacent to Dwarka Sec 7, so you can say its in Palam/Dwarka. Room service is upto mark. Market is nearby with lots of eatery places around. View from room was not good. The room had a small AC leakage problem, room missing batroom mat. Hotel room must be provided with bathroom mat and bathroom slippers. Breakfast is served after 8 AM and I had to leave early so only option available was Egg, which again was Ok. Overall a good...
