Embellish Inn — Hotel in Delhi

We visited Hotel Embellish Inn and noted the following issues:

The cleanliness was not up to standard. The geyser was not working. The shower lacked adequate pressure. The bedsheets and blankets were not particularly clean. Several amenities listed in the booking confirmation were missing, such as locks for the cupboard, hangers, balcony access, newspaper, kettle, etc. Despite booking an early check-in slot from 10-11 AM, the room was not ready even after our arrival at 11 AM, and we had to wait for 30 minutes. The staff was not professional and provided unprofessional responses to our queries.

DONT GO BY THE NAME Worst experience Ever, Deluxe room was a small 10*10 room The hotel did not provided any bathroom essential. They did not Had any Water storage in their hotel,Due to water shortage in the Area ,we were forced to adjust in the hotel without water even In Washroom . Even the drinking water bottles provided were not Sealed packed. Staff was rude to ask the guest to take a bucket of water from groundfloor to their rooms It is just a couple friendly hotel with hourly room, Not at all recommended...

The worst hotel we have ever visited! They charged the full price for a deluxe room but gave us a basic room instead.
