OYO 72773 Hotel Kashvi International — Hotel in Delhi

WARNING: I advise everyone not to book a room at Hotel Kaca Inn-By Haveliya Hotels New Delhi! It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!||1. Airport transfer, which I booked a month before! I remind you, 2 weeks before departure, a week before departure, and on the day of departure, did not show up at the airport!! We arrived at 4 in the morning and all I heard was 'please take a taxi from the airport.' We stood alone for an hour in a foreign country, wondering which taxi was safe and legal, and what to do because the hotel behaved completely unprofessionally.||2. The hotel is in a very ugly and dangerous neighborhood; we felt awful.||3. The rooms are dirty; my sheets looked like someone had slept on them. |4. NO HOT WATER - YOU HAVE TO ASK SOMEONE FROM THE STAFF TO TURN ON THE HOT WATER, WHICH RUNS LITERALLY FOR 3 MINUTES!||5. Very noisy; you couldn't sleep at night. The staff laughs, talks loudly in the middle of the night, and you can't close your eyes.||6. The hotel staff is completely unprofessional; I have never seen such unengaged people in my life. No one understands what you're talking about, and they even had doubts whether I had paid, not letting us out of the hotel....

Not sure why there’s no reviews here on tripadvisor but thought I would kick it off. |This hotel is really nice and the staff are very helpful. Great value for money as this hotel is fairly new it is very clean and modern. There were comfy beds and a fridge in every room, only issue would be that the shower did not work so had to resort to a bucket bath which was not as bad as expected. |The staff were very friendly and if you needed anything they were happy to go out and get it for you even money exchange. Unfortunately when we stayed it was not so safe to go out and wander by yourself so we avoided this and got the staff to get anything we needed which they did without an issue. |There is a small rooftop where they serve the breakfast and food , really nice and away from pollution / noise so was nice to escape from the hustle bustle. |Muneer was a helpful guy at reception who sorted out our trip to Taj Mahal and other attraction sites. He provided really experienced and great drivers and also helped organise our travel to Punjab. ||Overall really good experience and will definitely come back to stay if we are in...

Extremely worst place i ever stayed in my life. Firstly this hotel is not offering in AC Dormitory directly.It means that they have a third party partner of some other unrecognised place just beside it.

The services are worst really i m telling you, never book AC Dormitory with this hotel. They dont have sufficient man power over there, also they doesn't wanted to change my bed sheet and pillow cover. It was very sticky and smelly.

Full night there was no water available for washroom. All guests were restless because of this.

I booked this place for 3 days, i.e from 4th october to 7th october. But i was not able to stay anymore over there, so i checked out nect morning.

In the morning also there was not a single person on the reception counter, i had to call them for check out purposes.

Never visit this place. Its my real and transparent opinion.
