OYO Flagship Hotel Blue Orchid — Hotel in Dwarka

I booked a hotel through OYO after confirming over a call that early check-in would be provided without any extra charge. However, upon reaching the hotel, the staff demanded additional money for early check-in. When I refused and mentioned that I had confirmed this with OYO customer support, the hotel staff threatened not to allot us a room if we contacted OYO again.

Despite trusting OYO's assurance over the phone, their support team was unhelpful at the time of check-in. I have call recordings that clearly prove I was promised early check-in without extra charges.

Eventually, the hotel denied us entry unless we paid more and kept us waiting for over two hours at the reception. Finally, they gave us a very poor-quality room where almost nothing was in proper condition. I also have photos of the room that clearly show the poor standards.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, both from the hotel and OYO's side. I would not recommend this property or relying on verbal promises...

I'm currently staying in this hotel and it was my worst decision ever in my life,Worst experience! After booking online from OYO app, hotel staff refused check in by saying that 2 of you don't have adhaar card(actually 2 of us have digilocker adhar card and adhaar card pic too). He told us to cancel the booking from Oyo app and will give us then room in the hotel but we refuse it first and then tried to cancel it can't be cancelled. And now the hotel owner charged us 700 rupees extra and we also already paid 1514 rupees already in the Oyo app. This is my worst experience ever I give advice to these type of hotel owners kindly don't do these malpractices as it will affect your long term...

⚠️Fraud, worst experience ever, location and the property are different places, Hotel staff is disgusting, They will stop you to pay for pre booking, once you will reach on the counter they will ask for more than double price which offered by oyo, They will ask for your phone and checked it out on same day and book it directly without app and your app will show checked out. There is no water available in washrooms and no other facilities in the room And you will not get any help from oyo, it's just all fraud. Just one thing I experienced, Never go there. There are many hotels on that place, go there and book practically, you can bargain which starts...
