FabHotel Thejas Paaradise - Hotel in Dj Nagar — Hotel in East Zone

Helpful people at front desk. They helped with getting a local transport when on booking ola / uber the assigned drivers were asking extra money than displayed on the app. On refusing the rickshaw/ cab people would not even cancel the ride.

The hotel is overhyped on Google reviews. Poor quality compared to what shown on website and their photos. (Will be uploading a few pics for you to compare). There's no fab hotel branding in the room as shown on the website pictures. There are NO balconies (as mentioned on the website under room details)

No chair in room. One single seater couch and a coffee table where its really difficult to even eat.

Lights are gloomy.

Too much noise from the road.

They didn't even have a bathroom mat kept outside.

Breakfast is same everyday. They will get a packed menu. Not warm; forget hot.

There's NO restaurant/cooking area in the hotel.

There's a bar on the first floor.

Not for families.

Too costly what they charge and what is actually in store for you when you arrive.

(Had been in a fab hotel many years back in Bengaluru. and although the building was minimalistic but the specifications in the room were as mentioned then... So thought of booking through fab once again)

Sorry, but this place should not even be shown on...

Worst experience with these guys as well as with Fab Hotel CC, booked the room in the morning by paying in advance, but when I reached the hotel at night 10 PM.. these people said they did not have any rooms available and for more details told me to connect with fab hotel CC, after contacting they also saying the same... they do not have a room, please search any other nearby hotel, the behavior of hotel staff was so bad.. it sounded like if I ask anything more they are going to call some goons and hit me.. and CC people such rude agents.. after all this drama.. when I checked in the app for a refund.. its mentioned No Show...I think Fab hotel is making money like this by onboarding such hotels and taking money in advance and then not refunding.. don't trust Fab hotel anymore.. and especially don't go to this hotel.. they do not have hotel staff... they hired goons who will try to threaten you if you...

1. Breakfast charged for 6 but provided for 4....When asked nither the hotel nor the FaB took responsibility....During the booking FAB executive Sapna assure she will help and can contact on her number for any problems but she neither answers the cal nor replies in WhatsApp .
2. Rooms were old not as shown in the pics.
3. they categorised room as Premium and charged 2200 per night but none of the benefits are at that level. Rom looks old, no kettle, room is compact not even Deluxe category.not a single chair to sit.
4. Fab mentioned breakfast served as buffet with tea/ cofee, fruit drinks, and 4 to 5 varieties but they served to room in a box and tea in flask.
5. During the booking they said 2 hrs free late checkout , as I booked 2 rooms for 2 days but after booking confirmation and advance payment they say it's rs.150 per hour.

So hope you can decide now, if FAB service and...
