Hotel Park Avenue Suites — Hotel in East Zone

Stayed for 2 days. Room is good since it's a new building but didn't get a comfortable stay for the price charged. No bath towels provided Bathroom window was full of Lizard pellets There is a TV available inside the room however no set up box, when asked no proper response however was able to hear TV being operated on the other room of the same suite Stayed both days without having access to cupboard. It was locked already when we checked in. When asked for the cupboard key, answer was that key for the cupboard is inside MDs office and it is locked at that moment, Got a confirmation that key will be provided next day morning however didn't hear anything on that till the time of check out. Due to this had to carry valuables like laptop etc whenever we went out When asked to provide tea at 09:00 AM as room service, the answer was No saying they don't have staff since breakfast...

Apparently Hotel is clean, well maintained, good service. But we had few bad experiences...We booked hotel thru Make My Trip for 3 adults. When we reached we found they put us in a Suite which has 2 bed rooms - only one room was given and third bed cannot be put in. Reception person irresponsibly replied that is not my problem, he said i can put in hall which does not have AC and a common space for 2nd room. He was not willing to offer any other amicable solution. We stayed in 203 - did not have TV Connection. We paid inclusive of breakfast - they said breakfast will come only by 8AM , coming from outside place looked spooky so we skipped breakfast. He could have offered some practical solution to ease up the pain, we reached from chennai night 10PM after 8 hour long drive - he simply did not bothered to find midway while he...

Room is neat. Front desk staff are fairly obliging and helpful. Restrooms are clean. The drain was clogged and took some time for the water to get drained. But it's okay. Morning tea or coffee service starts a little late but its okay. Tea tastes very good. Breakfast is good. Variety could be added. The place is fairly hospitable. I would recommend this place if one is okay with sharing a common area/ sitting room. The points lost are for the behavior of the room staff/ one particular boy who was rude throughout and especially when he took the keys as we were leaving.
