" APPARENTLY the 'RUST' is PROMINENT in RUSTIC RAYS"

EXTREMELY POOR OBSERVATION - Manager & Waiters are unable to identify who is the host among 15-16 guests even when the host clearly told them about being host & is waiting for atleast half n hour infront of them only in the EMPTY RESTAURANT since 7.20pm. Surprisingly, Manager is least bothered for almost 1.5 hours regarding the whereabouts of the guests until the repeated issues are brought into his notice by his dumb waiters & he gets hyperactive in last 15 minutes.

The person taking the order is eager to increase the quantity of articles readily but is EXTREMELY UNCLEAR ABOUT THE BOWL SIZE FOR QUANTITY TO BE SERVED. THEIR QUANTITY ASSUMPTIONS ARE WAY TOO INACCURATE.

HOST is getting mad over repeated instructions to waiters to SERVE THE GUESTS FIRST. But who cares as waiters shamelessly ignore the same again & again.

IMPROPER SEATING ARRANGEMENTS FOR GROUPS- When they are told to arrange for combine seating arrangements they leave inadequate space in between for them to serve guests. As a result they are serving only to the people sitting in perimeter/sides only & those sitting in middle in sofas r left out while serving shamelessly. How embarassing specially when one is hosting a dinner for guests.

They served 7 quantities of the same icecream in glass bowl & 1 on a CLAY LAMP/DIA ON BANANA LEAF(🪔) at the same time. Why the differentiation ???Interesting fact is they don't even understand/consider it a problem at all.

When they r told to repeat both the sabji's ordered in the main course they repeatedly ask which cuisine to be repeated. Disgusting tracking.

After ignoring the BLUNDERS OF THEIR SERVICE even if one wants to focus on the food, then the taste is substandard & below average. Starters were disasters, Jalandhar tawa paneer & subz mix veg tastes like kathiyawadi food... Particularly Central & North Indians will be disappointed.

The one star which I had to give for writing reviews is for the Ambience only. REST EVERYTHING DESERVES MINUS-5*

We were given reference of this place by our colleagues in SBI & I understand they may had a different experience as their may be only 2-3 people who had visited in person here.

As per the unfortunate & embarassing experience it seems the restaurant staff is highly untrained for handling even a group of 16-18 people out of which 1-2 were toddlers.

I am pretty sure that I will never recommend this place to anyone until someone wants to tarnish his/her...

From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's tastefully decorated interior! They truly underperformed in the culinary department. Their menu boasts an enticing selection of dishes that cater to diverse palates. But do not get fooled by names on their menu items. They are literally fooling you by giving you same old dishes with new names. We had ordered one dish having Thai/Chinese name and ultimately what they delivered is cheese, tomato, onion toppings over khari biscuits. We ordered a global main course, and they delivered red Punjabi gravy, sauteed vegetables (capsicum, beans n onions) with small sized tandoori roti. In name of doing something unique, they literally messed it up. You order Masala papad, you will get papad and a small bowl full of onion, tomato (so you make your own masala papad). All this comes at an expensive price tag. Worst service ever. Staff is not trained, and service is very poor. It took almost two hours to finish our dinner because they did not provide food on time. They did not even serve water on time. Food quality was okayish. I was really disappointed with the service. I will never recommend this...
