Plush restaurant — Restaurant in Gandhinagar

Loved the place. Great ambience. Would love to revisit to explore the menu. My only gripe is the fact that there are no non-veg options. This seriously limits the restaurant especially since it's part of the hotel and is available for room service. I would not pick a hotel ever which limits room service/dine out option in terms of veg and non-veg. If you want to meet international standards and cater to people from all around the world you have to go beyond your limiting cultural norms. I would seriously hesitate in picking this restaurant or even recommending it to folks if I want a wholesome allround meal. Other than that, I was already a bit full when I went there but loved the ambience from get go. The food was decent and nothing to write home about but that's probably because I didn't choose the items....

One of the worst restaurant of Gandhinagar. Reason - we visited this one yesterday. Here is how it went

We occupied a table. Waiter 1 came and served welcome drink. I asked him : what is this? Waiter 1 : Sir, welcome drink hai. I asked again with courtesy : Ji. Par konsa welcome drink hai? Waiter 1 to waiter 2 : Yeh konsa welcome drink hai? Waiter 2 : Pata nahi. Andar puchh. Then waiter 1 went into the kitchen. After some time. I asked waiter 2: Bhaiya dekhiye kaha ruk gaye woh bhaiya? Waiter 2 to me: woh aayega to bata dega.

Then we left...

Worst experience I had at a well known restaurant. I was seated at a table with my wife and kid. A waiter came and placed spoons on our tabled and offered us 3 types of a water. I opted for regular one. For next 10 minutes no one came and no one looked.

We were frustrated with this and left the restaurant, no one bothered and to my imagination they might have not even observed that we had left.

Need to improve on services. I had a team party earlier and the treatment and food both were good. But in the restaurant, the...
