Wanted to visit this outlet of Bikaner Wala for quite some time & today had dinner with family & relatives. We were 6 members & some how we managed to order few dishes along with 2 Tandoori platters. My niece was smart enough - she ordered her favorite - Cheese Pizza. The Tandoori platter took around 30-40 minutes to arrive & the three members who had to finish it had a challenging time. In the end we decided of get the remaining packed. They have limited space in the ground floor & slightly the sitting was congested as the tables were aligned closely. Overall would say this outlet service & manpower is slightly better than the Indirapuram one which is located within Jaipuria mall. Had a chance to meet the Manager - Lalit Rawat since he saw me taking pics. Briefed him of the importance of customer response time & staff service, also asked to improve on the rating by providing quality service.

Kaizen & feedback to the owner / management: The drinking & hand wash taps need to readjusted since the water gushes out & its a challenge to get a glass full. The sitting arrangements & the tables alignment should be reworked & plan to leave space between them for the customer to move around. Also the table attendants to be assigned specific work area / tables to have efficient work flow...

No staff in restaurant who can assit the buyers. No proper information regarding the sweets available in it. Kindly train yr staff how to deal with us teach them some hospitality so that one dont suffer at the time of buying. Have more counters of billing area to avoid long queues in any time of day. Check the quality of food before serving weather its has good taste of spices and include large space for each items in every dish to make or its not worth of money people buying and dine yr restaurant. Such bog brand but nothing worth of money. Such high prices thats it. No discounts nothing best u guys giving us. So its my observation since a month you all are just wasting the time of yr valuable coustomers. Please do the needful and improve yr quality of yr brands and service for better growth and business.
