Bansal Best Bake - Bakery and Cake Shop — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

This used to be a very good shop for cakes however from some time they are following bad practices. Two months ago i ordered a designer fruit cake but they delivered black forest. Yesterday i ordered a 1kg designer fruit cake and the amount for which was Rs 1300. However they sent me a bill of Rs 1860 saying that by mistake 1.4kg cake has been prepared and i have to take that. I told them why should i pay more when i just wanted a 1kg cake but they did not listen. After many arguements the lady said that they will refund my advance amount of Rs 500. However even after 1 hr when i did not receive the same i called again and they said that they will not refund anything and if i have to take the cake i need to pay Rs 1860. After a very heated argument they finally delivered the cake in Rs 1400. They are making more money by following these practices for some time. Delicious customized cakes.only problem is approach . Located in busy Market Street of vaishali it's hard to get your car outside the bakery. Updating my review on 15th Oct 2022. Since last 3 times , bansal best bake asks person that the cake is ready and they are made to stand for 15 20 minutes , while they get the cake ready . This is not fair to the customer . Most of the time food is good but if you face any difficulties, they are very good to deal with. I bought a butterscotch cake on Sept 25, 2025 at 10:00 PM for my son’s birthday on 26 sept.
