I recently visited Chaayos and had a highly disappointing experience due to the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

Unresponsive Staff: Despite multiple requests, the staff was inattentive and lacked basic courtesy. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order.

Rude Behavior: When I politely inquired about the delay, the staff responded rudely and seemed completely disinterested in resolving the issue.

Service Quality: The service was slow, and the items were served cold. It was clear they weren’t paying attention to maintaining quality standards.
