Arpora Grand — Hotel in Goa

We booked this hotel for 2 days in month of May-22 for 1 BHK @Rs. 3000 per day directly after visiting there. Try booking directly without any middlemen as the actual cost if you directly book it then it would be around @Rs. 1500 for 1BHK and @Rs.2500 for 2BHK.

The property is a low economical budget property and if you get at in max @Rs. 1500 its decent for group of friends travelling on strict budget, but more than @Rs. 1500 I feel its not justified because the property and conditions of electrical equipment's, furniture, beds, bathroom is quite old and not maintained to hygienic standards. The bedsheets and blankets are used one and you won't be provided fresh ones during Check-in. AC in hall was giving a fishy smell but bedroom AC was good and sufficient for cooling entire room.

Don't go for Ground floor rooms due to lawn and open dustbins there are small insects roaming around. Go for either first or second floor in building no. 2,3,4 OR 7 as they have comparative good ventilation.

Pros: Unlimited boring water with heaters. Bisleri bottle provided 20L during Check-in Most of the staff are polite and courteous. Kitchen provided with Gas burner and basic utensils. No electricity problem.

Cons: Ants and bugs roaming around the house. Bedsheets and Blankets are not that clean. Swimming pool water is filtered everyday and...

M N Resort is the most horrible accommodation I have ever been in. They charged us Rs 9000/night and the rooms were infested with bugs, the ceilings with mold, the beds were not cleant from the prior stay, the furniture was broken, there was a tv but no channels could be seen (we had to pay to watch), the doors could not be locked. Plus the AC was broken and taped together, the fan regulators either were broken or did not exist. My family did not feel safe living here especially with the rowdy crowd that stayed here. The bachelor's that stayed in the neighboring apartments within the resort drank after hours, vomited and trashed the common compound especially in front of our rooms. Furthermore, the people incharge of the area refused to stop the late night binge drinking, loud music and screaming outside our apartment from other residents. The people incharge at the main gate have no communication skills and are exceptionally rude. Plus there was no parking available for our vehicle. It took us an additional 15 to 20 minutes to remove our car from the resort because of the irrational parking. It is the worst place I have ever stayed at, there is no maintenance and the pictures they display online do not resemble the room. I would not even give it 1 star. Do not recommend this...

It was really worst experience with this Resort . They showed us different photos of room and gave us worst room. They will show u deluxe room and will give you worst room and charges was also high as per their services and room. At the 1st day when we were there for check in one of their person showed us our room it was worst not like photos they have send us . We told them to give us different room and that person said you will get refund . We were there so tired and not able to search different hotels to stay at that last moment . One of my friend sat on chair and thar chair broke that shows it was really worst room they have allowed us .. After so much of discussion they gave us different room

Swimming pool was so small like children's pool

Talking about service it was not that good as compared to their fees , we were four and they gave us 3 pillows and blankets , we have told them to give us extra pillow and blanket and they were like u will not get extra this shows that they don't care about customer. Before paying money they will talk so nicely after that they will show you there true colors.

I will suggest you to not visit here it will not be that much worth ....
