CASA SEAESTA BEACH COTTAGES & SUITES — Hotel in Goa

We were provided with rooms after a long conversation with the staff and argument with the owner, were trying to call yatra and waited for an hour since there was no quick response from yatra.com we had no choice but to take those worst rooms. The rooms were not up to the mark. We were given the worst rooms of the property and there was no TV in the room and the tv in one room waant working, one AC was not working for almost 6 hours. After complaining they came to check the ac after 6 hours. The exhaust fan area was left open in the washroom.Some of the lights in the room were burnt. Leakage in the ceiling, Ac was leaking, door was making noise. And the worst part was property owner was so rude as he said he did not accept our booking because it was for low price and even said "IF YOU WANT TO STAY THEN STAY OR ELSE YOU CAN GO" this is not the way of talking to the customer. We tried calling yatra customer care for cancellation but no number was available and the one available we were not getting any response on. The owner Mr. Rohit Nageshkar was so arrogant, disgusting and mannerless creature. Will never recommend this place we paid 1462 for per room ..useless, the rooms are not worth 500, I wouldn't even stay there if it was free of cost. That pathetic place...

We booked it for our frnds short trip... After confirming of 4 pals in one room he agreed on telephone but on arriving the destination he denied the stay for 4 pals in one room... We were frnds and not couples so if he had agreed on call and after the long tiring journey from mumbai to goa... After all requests and calls he agreed with extra mattress... No doubt rooms were tidy and well organised but they also said inclusive breakfast and later we paid breakfast additional cost as free was very limited... Pool was kool but never filtered as per my observation... Electricity flatulence was more then the ac's cool breeze.... Nor the front desk helped us for the sctys which is the need in goa then the owner helped us from somewhere... Food is good but the kitchen has time limit in the parting place goa... While the stay of 2 nights 3 days never anyone cleaned the room nor the bedsheets were replaced... Too far from calangute and baga but silent peace arambol beach is nearby walkable distance.... Pls visit sweet water lake near the beach side... Mesmerizing place with natures beauty and some shopping stuff you will get while passing through... Always have a safe...

We booked our 5days stay for 15 people in "CASA SEAESTA BEACH COTTAGES & SUITES", which cost us 60K.

That lier travel partner Milky Singh told us, you will be getting private villa, but when we reached to venue "CASA SEAESTA BEACH COTTAGES & SUITES" we all friends are shocked, what he committed and what we saw is like ground sky differences.

That fraud travel partner Milky Singh charged us 150% more than the actual tariff of "CASA SEAESTA BEACH COTTAGES & SUITES".

We made the full payment online booking, as he also agreed with us, that he overcharged us, he told us, I'm going to do refund your extra amount which he didn't credit yet.

The amenities they show on their site is not real, no intercom working, no hair-dryer, no hot water kettle, multiple times, power cut, while doing bath hot water suddenly gets cold, this makes you sick. When a power cut, you won't get water supply in your toilet, major sucked situation.
