Costas Vista Verde — Hotel in Goa

We came here for spending mid August weekend. Overall it's a nice place. Car service self drive or with driver available (for this season costing is in one of the images I posted). This place is 1.5 hours from North Goa. Net connection is slow here (may get 2g or 3g, depends). Swimming pool is not operational during rains, so we didn't get to use it (sad, awwww). Room facilities: Iron available in the villa. Hot water available. Utensils very dirty. Towel is available, 1 per room. Buy groceries etc. for cooking. Bedding etc. are comfortable and clean. Wheelchair accessible entry not available in the villa parking available 1/villa. Our villa had 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on 1st floor and 1 bedroom on G-floor, total 2 toilets on 1st floor and 1 on the G-floor. 3bedrooms on 1st floor had 1 bedroom with toilet and other 2 bedrooms had the toilet outside the room, same outside toilet for the bedroom on G-floor. Service wasn't very good, long wait for any request/requirement; but probably that's across Goa. For purchases(small utility requirements), better you shop from the varca village (15-20mins away by vehicle), there is a super market you will get most of your stuff there; there are a few small shops at a distance from the villa (walking distance 10-15mins) but not everything will be available here. There are many restaurants around who deliver food incase you are not...

If there is an option to rate with a negative score I would go for it. Extremely unprofessional. Booked the C1 villa for two nights and when I went to check-in the villa was already occupied by another guest. It was almost 9:30 pm and we were at the gate with kids waiting for the owner to pick the call. They just said it was a software issue, offered another place for one day(which was quite away for this place) and asked to look for another place for the second day. Though I called the caretaker to check about the status in the afternoon, he neither mentioned about another guest staying in that place nor reported it to the owner. They asked us to pay 50% advance which was also done, but still had to face this inconvenience. Completely ruined our vacation mood as we were travelling with kids and already exhausted. I have never had such a terrible experience with checking in hotels elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone as they are extremely unprofessional and never respond to calls, you need to wait for them to return your call and are sure to spoil...

We had booked a villa at costa vista verde at varca for a month with mr amit shrivastava of aspirestays.com. It was the worst experience ever. Though the villa was good we were thoroughly harrased by him. We were given to understand the following from him:

An invoice pertaining to gst will be issued The linen will be changed every alternate day No mention of laundry charges Wi-fi would be available 24*7

However after full payment in advance he refused to issue an invoice inspite of repeated reminders. Refusal to change the linen. Falsely charging us for laundry which I never availed of. Wi-fi was not working properly. Constant electric failure and power failure. Faulty refrigerator. When we complained about the same he threatened us by falsely implicating that we were threatening his staff. On asking for a refund he refused to return the correct amount due and created false charges. He behaved extremely rudely so much so that we felt threatened and locked ourselves up and...
