Good Overall Experience Our stay was enjoyable, with only a few minor issues that did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction. The atmosphere and attentive service contributed positively to the experience. Unique Location The property is beautifully located, offering scenic views and close proximity to Varca Beach. This unique location adds significant value and makes the property stand out. Comfortable Room Ambiance with Responsive Service The rooms were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance. Although a few minor issues came up but the prompt and efficient response from the staff ensured that our comfort was not compromised. Restaurant Experience Breakfast was enjoyable and the overall dining experience was enhanced by the excellent service provided by Mr. Prabin and his team. Something did concern me on the day of arrival — when a buffet is offered at 10:20, guests should be given ample time to enjoy it without feeling rushed. Expecting all items to be consumed within 10 minutes is not realistic. My suggestion to the team is to allow guests the space and time to fully enjoy their meals. A moment of discomfort can often be resolved if the guest feels heard and respected. Despite this, the service from Mr. Prabin and his team remained consistently commendable. If anything consumed in rush has never had a taste which spoil Chef Image in front of guests. Service Timing and Guest Sensitivity In general, the staff appeared cooperative and attentive to guest needs. However, on the day of arrival, I noticed a subtle change in body language after I provided feedback about the restaurant. As a suggestion, I would encourage the team to maintain positive engagement with the guest throughout their stay, even after feedback is given. Sometimes, something that has caused a guest discomfort can still be addressed during their time at the property. A shift in body language or demeanour might unintentionally leave a negative impression. It’s important to remember that guests choose properties like yours because of the reputation and quality they expect. While not every expectation may be realistic, maintaining composure and professionalism adds value to the character of the staff. This feedback is not directed at any individual but applies to all staff members who interacted with me during my stay.

Large room, good food, good view, walkable from beach, lot of parking space.

Room: 4/5 Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are also decent sized. There are some rooms which face the road side and there are others which face the swimming pool. It's better to request them to book those which face the road as they are having better views of the coconut trees. Electric kettle with tea/coffee sachets are provided in the room. Rooms are little old and elegance can be improved inside the room.

Location: 5/5 This hotel is just 700 metres from Varca beach which is walkable. Varca beach is less crowded and peaceful. Overall the place is peaceful and is not much crowded. There's a casino called Deltin Zuri right in front of the hotel.

Food: 4/5 We had breakfast included in our booking. The breakfast is quite lavish given the hotel category and price. Lots of items are available which include English, North Indian, South Indian, Desserts, live counters etc. Check the video here which shows the details. However, the coffee served in the room was bad.

Staff/service: 4/5 Staff is courteous and professional. Our first impression was not so good as even when it was an online booking, their system was not updated and it took us some time during check-in. Rest everything was fine. There was a person from the senior management who was overlooking everything and making sure things are fine. We met him even during checkout and process was quite smooth.

Accessibility shouldn't be an issue as there are ramps and elevator.

Swiming pool is there.

Front elevation of the hotel is good though, once you are inside, swimming pool area and hotel elevation from that side looks quite old.

The best part is that they have dedicated parking space for roughly 50 cars and also many more can be parked on the road side.

Guest Service: Unprofessional The overall experience with the staff—from the reception to the restaurant and spa—was deeply disappointing.

Reception: The reception staff demonstrated significant communication issues, which is unacceptable in a country where English is an official language. Nearly every question was met with deflection, such as "Please ask someone else," or "I can’t help you."

Restaurant: The restaurant staff lacked basic English proficiency, making communication challenging. Plates were often cleared away before we had finished eating. Tables were dirty, and there was a frequent shortage of utensils.

Spa: The spa staff were rude and unprofessional, even mocking guests—a shocking display of disrespect. The pool was unappealing, with cloudy water that did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

Check-Out: During check-out, the reception attempted to overcharge me, falsely claiming that meals were not included in the booking. After multiple attempts to request a copy of the invoice via email, there has been no response—further evidence of their lack of professionalism.

Pre-ordered breakfast packages for check-out were not ready despite being requested a day in advance. When they finally arrived, we received one package for two rooms—an absurd and unacceptable oversight.

Conclusion: This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Communication issues, poor service, unfulfilled requests, and attempts at overcharging make it entirely unsuitable for an extended stay. I cannot recommend...
