Jolly Poolside Hostel — Hotel in Goa

Photos shown here and the reality is totally different. Its not at all recommended if you have ladies in your group. We have been here with group of 6 people and Some observations are as below,

The TV room is common for all room. So thats almost unused. Beds are cheap quality, sharp edges of metal many times give you scratch. Bedshets are from 19th century. Dusty and with wholes. Pillows are without cover. I seen food leftover scattered on beds by earlier guest and Red ants were all around the bed. No arrangement to hang your clothes. No table or chairs in room, when we ordered tea they served it on floor full of dust. They don't maintain inventoty of toiletries. Bath sops, toilet papers are not provided by saying they are short of it. Mineral water also not provided saying they don't have inventory. Two bathrooms they have in a room. But sadly only one works. Hot water is available in only one bathroom. The other bathroom water tabs were broken. Drainage choked up many times. Bathrooms, toilets, floor, lobby and overall all hotel campus is dirty, dusty and not maintained. Staff entered in our room without our permission when we were on beach. Thats very unsecure. The staff is very much Rude. One of the main person their is more focused on enjoying his own company with ciggarets than solving our problems. In our entire 3 days of stay, Swimming pool were closed for cleaning, which we didn't seen happening. So we were not able to use it. Window curtains were not functional so all the time curtains were open. They don't even have dustbeen in room, when we entered, we arranged it.

I gave this much detail coz they deserve this much criticism, I strongly not recommend this Hotel, hostel or...

We rented the bunk beds room. Rooms look exactly as shown in picture. Bathroom is maintained clean & neat. We stayed only for a night. We asked for discount as our stay is only for 8 hrs and we got a good discount. There's a swimming pool which is shared by 4 hotels along with this hostel. But the quality is v.v.v.v.poor. I got cut in my foot when tried to enter the pool. Too much chlorine that ur eyes will burn a lot. If you are going with friends, and wanna crash only for a night without much things to do in room, u can rent this. Bunk bed room is not...

If you want accommodation in cheap rate then this place gives you that. But there is only a hall with 8 beds offers cheap accommodation. The other rooms are costly. There is a facility of swimming pool for free. You can just sit on the sofa and enjoy watching your favourite show on TV while having a glass of beer or any drink you love to drink. Smoking is not allowed inside the sharing room. It is kind of hostel for visitors. But if you managed to get accommodation in sharing room then you can spend your money in other...
