Lino's Guest House — Hotel in Goa

It's waste to give 1 star also but there is no option to give 0 waste rooms waste service very very rude lady.is there is better word than rude? I will prefer that.i didn't saw reviews before check in worst one ever in Goa.there is no service but charge service charges and they arguing and abusing girls especially one boy is there he is not service boy but he knock the door and came inside and asking why you open windows? I was like want to slap him but he is not worth for that slap. Telugu and kannada people:: Chetha motel bro idhi adhi owner undhi pedha p....dhi ammayilu abbayilu Ani koda chudakunda Ela padithey ala matladuthundhi rooms kani service kani AC working kani water ithey motham mud water... Please u have to go with another motel with High price than this.

I was with my wife in Goa enjoying our honeymoon. We stayed there for 2 days , and all i can say that the place is at very good location on the banks of river Baga , In the evening you can take a walk alongside the river. Baga beach is nearby. The lodge is run by Auntyji and Uncle , both are very nice and sweet couple, a big thanks to them.They have their own shop where you can buy essential Items. Many review's i have seen saying there is no self cooking facility, but there were essential utensils , Induction and Refrigerator in the room with a very nice AC and TV.Hot and Cold water facility was there. The environment was lush green , and surprisingly we got all this in a very comfortable price. Big...

Location is definitely prime. Rooms were in average good condition. Only drawback was there was no almirah or hanger to keep clothes in. We had 3 rooms and none of them had hangers or almirah. Service extremely poor. The owner lady has an extremely rude behaviour. We wanted a 2+2+4 bed rooms, she provided with 2+3+4 by herself and then charged us higher for the 3 bed room. When we wanted to negotiate, she treated us like it was our fault. We paid the price of a whole day for a half day stay which was fine, but then she kept calling to ask us when we would leave, also sent her caretaker to our room to ask the same.
