The location is great and the property is set in a picturesque location.

We booked Tobias Villa but the owner said it’s undergoing renovation and suggested La Casita instead.

While traveling with a kid, it's really nice to have a gas stove and washing machine available, since these are not serviced apartments.

La Casitavilla is decently built but it’s not designed for the rains. The porch doesn’t have enough shade because of which the rain water enters the villa from the front door. Saw other villas nearby which were more thoughtfully built. I happened to visit in the rainy season and the experience wasn’t pleasant. We wanted to chill out and enjoy the rain while reading, but there was really no place where we could do that.

There is no proper parking space as well, and everyone parks on the road side.

It is a gated property, enclosed with more than 70 independent villas with various configurations like studio, 1BR, 2BR etc. The location is awesome with all the amenities nearby. I have been in a studio villa for around one week for workation. There are 2 pools inside the property one is 5 feet deep and another with 7 feet depth. The beach is around 5 min walk and is quite lively in the night. The supermarket, vegetable stall, cafe, general store, Medical all are around 5-10 min walk.
