I booked OYO 24831 Home Colourful 2BHK Baga for 5 guests on 16 Dec 2018, after a lot of communication with them, fully paid in advance, my check in date was 5th Jan 2019. On 4th Jan I called to them several times to make the trip hassle free with my concern to have early check in as we will be reaching around 9 to 9:30 am, one of their executive manager took my concern and after lot of discussion they confirm me the early check in and he gave me the access code as the property is self-check in.||We started our journey on 4th Jan (night) and we reached goa in the morning at around 8:30 am, considering all the confirmation I reached to the property by 9:15 am tried to open the lock, it didn’t work. I called to the call centre they said I cant get the check in, I called the property manager he also refused to provide the access and blame that why I didn’t called him after arrived in goa and he said the property is booked and I cant get the check in, I tried to call the executive manager for first call he answered and later he switched off his mobile.||Till 10 am. We were outside me my family, after so many calls the property manager allowed me temporary to go inside the property till, he can arrange another place for us, around 10:30 am we entered in the house, it was messed up and dirty.||After some time I received a call and one lady told me that, they cant give the property, so we are cancelling this booking and we r giving u another place, and they cancelled my booking and did the another booking, now here they again ask me to pay the rent and they told me that my previous amount paid will be refunded later.||It was more than enough to be patience, I left the property with my family and came back because I cant take it anymore.||The above all details raises so many concern.||• They themselves r lacking with their internal communication, nothing is updated in their system.||• On every call I have to explain the hole story with new person each time.||• They were not aware about the property condition till I reach to the property.||• If the property was not in condition, why they gave me the booking and why no one informed me till last minute.||The harassment and the trouble they have given to me and my family will not forgettable. Soo many safety hazards. The main mcb of the AC has open wiring. The sockets are broken . There are no covers for the switches.
I would give my heart felt suggestion to never book this hotel on oyo . This is the worst hotel anyone can ever be to
The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen . And the staff don't seem to care. Plus there is no parking for the hotel guests . There are no house keeping staff to carry our bags or luggage.
Please for the sake of everyone's safety I would suggest to never book this hotel i.e oyo 5242 zinho.
Idk how this hotel got permission to allow hospitality. We had a booking for room 124 as per oyo but they gave us room 102 . So they don't even care of the booking . All the staff are careless .
They offered us water at the reception but the glasses were smelling badly.

There was a person looking into the bathroom from the ventilator and when complained to the staff they did nothing ! They were defending that it cannot happen . I have all the proofs of the ventilator and the area from where the person was looking (cc cameras wire at that place was cut ) there was also a ladder to reach up to the ventilator for the person to see . The staff was so rude and arrogant when complained. They didn’t event offer help to fix the ventilator after this incident happened. These people don’t even know basic ethics to talk or help a customer. I needed to travel immediately to other place and couldn’t take any action(police complaint or such). I really hope this place shuts down.
There are cockroaches and the rooms were very unclean.
3.When asked for hot water the staff was extremely rude when asked for any help.
