Probably the worst place I've ever been to in my entire life, and I'm not exaggerating. Food was terrible, drinks were small and expensive, the service was bad, and the atmosphere was also bad.
Food: Chicken Tandoori was dry, Prawns Rawa Fry was bland and still wildly expensive (Rs. 1000 for 12 prawns), and the chicken seekh kebab was overcooked and dry. When we told our server Sameer that the seekh kebab and the tandoori were dry, he kept saying, "That's just how those dishes are". I've had both those things before, and they are not supposed to be this overcooked and dry. My sister, who was with us, works at a hotel and she studied culinary science, and he was trying to tell her that seekh kebab is supposed to be that dry.
Drinks: We first ordered the Sangria jug, which was on the menu. Sameer left for a bit, came back after 5 minutes, and told us we had to order Sangria by the glass, they can't do a jug. I realized that he was trying to get us to pay more, as the Sangria is much pricier by the glass, so I asked him to get us a beer instead. He kept trying to convince me to get Sangria by the glass and then tried to convince me to get whiskey. I stuck with my choice of beer, and my first 3 choices of beer he said they had run out of. The next choice I had, he said they don't have the Large size. So I just ordered beers that had a Large size available. He left, came back in 5 minutes without the beers and told us that he can bring us a Sangria jug but split into two big glasses, and said he'll bring the two halves one-by-one. I said sure. On the menu, it said that the Sangria jug is 8 glasses of Sangria. Sameer brought us 4 small wine glasses and the first half of the Sangria jug, and barely filled half of each glass with Sangria and finished off the first half of the jug. I told him that two of these big sangria glasses is not 8 glasses of Sangria, since he's barely half-filling the small wine glasses he brought. He said he'll bring some more after the second half. Surprise surprise, he eventually did not bring more. When I asked, he told me that he checked with the kitchen and they said that we would have to order more to get more sangria.
Atmosphere: We were constantly getting solicited by beggars, knickknack-sellers, and hookah renters. Kept telling them all no and they kept coming back every 5 minutes. Couldn't even eat our bad food or drink our small drinks in peace.
Service: Sameer was often missing, and when we were trying to order food, we had to tell other waiters, and they were all looking for him. This happened multiple times, when we were ordering food and drinks. The worst part was that our honest criticism was not well-received. I told him that we were not complaining to get a discount, we were not asking for free food, we didn't want anything. We were just making it known to them that we had a bad experience. We even said that we understood slow service during busy hours, but literally everything we experienced at this place was bad. He kept saying that the food is as it should be and that chicken tandoori and seekh kebab is supposed to be dry. He said not to leave a bad review because his pay will be docked. Is this how this place has farmed such a high rating? By begging their customers to not leave bad reviews? Based on a few different things I noticed, I think the servers are paid commission based on how much their assigned tables spend. I've never seen this kind of system in a restaurant before.
Absolutely horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I know it's rated high, and I don't understand exactly why, but it cannot be honest ratings. This place is terrible. I repeat: DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND...

Service was terrible. Spent 20 to 25 mins looking for a menu. We asked several people to assist with one and everyone kept ignoring us because apparently there was one other guy (sameer) assigned to our table and only he would be helping us.
Food - we ordered prawns, chicken Tikka and seekh kebab. All extremely overpriced with horrible food quality. Chicken Tikka was lacking flavour, and to dunk it in chutney to get any flavour at all or else it would just taste like plain grilled chicken. Rawa fried prawns had no flavour either. No spice and even NO SALT! Just coated in rawa plain and deep fried. And the worst was seekh kebab. It was so dry I felt like there was sand in my mouth. We left half the food as it is because it was so bad we couldn't eat it.
The sangria jug price also was extremely pricey and when the jug there was so little of it! The description said 8 glasses. These 8 glasses were basically half empty, 1/4th with the drink and the remaining 1/4th was stale tasting fruits. The server agreed with us that the quantity was less and agreed to get more for us later to make up for it, but when the time came he backed out and started arguing with us that this was the fixed quantity.
This "restaurant" ruined the evening for us and at the end of the appetizers we just wanted to leave and eat someplace decent. We informed the server about our feedback (did not ask for anything free, did not ask for any discount. We just wanted to give our feedback, pay our bill and go somewhere else) and the server blamed us for everything! Said it was our fault for not knowing that seekh kebabs were dry, that Sangrias came in less quantity, that we didn't know what fresh prawns tasted like (2 of us work in the hotel industry by the way)
At that point we just left. (Paid our bill of 5000+ for "one jug" of sangria and 3 appetizers. I haven't paid this much for so little even at a 5 star place.) One bad thing can be overlooked but there was nothing good about restaurant.
So do yourself a favour and...
