Google asks, "How was your stay?" My husband and I booked a 1bhk here but we didn't get to stay because the property owner declined 3 of our credit cards, booked through booking.com. The property owner informed us that they'd cancel the booking from their end but that didn't happen. Since there was a 100% cancellation fee, 3 frustrating days later, we contacted booking.com and explained the situation.
