Hotel Asia Holidays — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

Hotel was okay like Hotel owner also cooperative.. But he not available in Hotel During our Hotel stay. We only connected with him on phone.

But Hotel staff was careless like. We had booked 3 rooms but had the worst experience. It wasn't clean at all there for 3 days Same towels we used for 3 days Bedsheets not changed Right from cleanliness, tv was not working properly, most importantly no hot bath water... geyser service available in only one room

room heater was charged etc that also in season stay.

breakfast, dinner nothing was met with the require no food warmer In breakfast only cold sandwiches, one more item like paratha...

Only tea was available No other option like Black tea/ coffee

In dinner also two three items same menu like

Even though we asked 1 cup curd They told that will be etc chargeable beside our tour package

All though we compromised and adjusted a lot with our two little kids.

No room facilities were provided without calling up frequently.

Thereafter wen we check out morning at 8'0 clock

They only provide us black tea n cold sandwiches And for kid's we brought Maggie pkts and request to cook n give. For that they was not ready Then we spoke to manager Mr. Eshaan he said ok And lastly Hotel team complained about us to our travel agency 'Trip Junction' That also falls complaints about us. That we made arguments n lied. We had very bad experience😒 Manali definitely has better Hotel with better services. We also disappointed by our travel agency partners of 'trip Junction' Panajim Goa It was his responsibility to check hotel responsibility and guide us with manali weather We had come to experience not snow fall but atleast snow Whoever reading this review Plz come December to February if you are snow lover Our this tour to manali...

1.First thing is the hotel does not have the Elevator facility but still it is showing as a 3-star hotel. Checkin time the boys will help to bring the lagguage. If you want to check out before 8am you should only bring your luggage.

Hot water is not available in all rooms for 24hrs or whenever you need. They will say that they are using a solar water heater and it will also work at certain timings only . So it will be like hostel things.

We have taken 2 rooms so they have given us like one room with gyser and the other is with solar . The solar thing is not working for most of the time.

The rooms are ok but some things not good like power sockets are less and only few sockets will work. In our room there are only 2 either side of the bed and one is having loose connection problem and the other is sometime back short-circuited. They will not provide any extension power sockets also.

There are some insects as well and no kettle for heating drinking water.We need to call reception then they will bring it in a plastic water jug. So if we don't have a thermal flask they get cold in short time and plastic smell .

They need to do some pest control things in the rooms.

We observed one more thing is like we need to ask basic eminitines need to be provided by them like towels, soaps and the towels they provided are also not good.

The food is decent and taste is also good.

Service wise the boys will respond nice but above mentioned are some flaws that need to be rectified.

This is my genuine review and i think the hotel will consider above and will work on the things.
