5/5 Stars! An Exceptional Stay & Unforgettable Guidance Thanks to Pankaj Bhayya! (And Awesome Food!) Our recent trip to Manali was truly completed by our stay at Shami Inn Manali. While the hotel itself is comfortable, the real star of the show is Pankaj Bhayya. From the moment we arrived, Pankaj Bhayya was an absolute lifesaver. He is incredibly kind and radiates so much positive energy! When our plans were disrupted because the roads to Chandratal and Spiti were closed, he didn't just leave us stranded. He guided us every single day, explaining alternative locations, what to expect, and the best experiences each had to offer. He even recommended we visit the local Dussehra festival since the roads were blocked, and it turned out to be a wonderful and unexpected cultural experience—a true highlight of the trip! A special mention must also go to the kitchen: the food at Shami Inn was really awesome! Every meal we had was delicious and satisfying. Pankaj Bhayya's dedication ensured we completed our trip happily, despite the challenges. No basic facilities provided by hotel such as electric kettle, tea kit etc. No warm water all the time only in specific time they are providing. Food quality is very very poor & taste less. I ordered & got extremely salty food.

Second issue is I had booked Fab hotel (Deluxe room) through Agoda & after booking I had requested them to provide a balcony based room, at that time they assured me & raised a online ticket. Also, told oneday before they will intimate me (subjected to vacant the rooms) but, they didn't do that. At the time of check-in when I requested the Manager for balcony based room he denied & told, we have no vacant room as of now, you have to stay at ground floor. He didn't give any choice to me. After few minutes I saw 4 to 5 balcony based room went vacant, then again I requested that manager still, he didn't allot me the above room.

In simple way if you want to stay 1st confirm 100% about the room & their facilities & ensure it. Because if you pay part payment for booking confirmation through online platforms, they will play with you. Always they are looking offline guests to generate more money by giving them good rooms.

Don't believe their customer helpline they are also liers. They will not help you, whatever hotel manager take dicission...

Memorable Stay Amidst Apple Farm Hills

Our family had a delightful stay at this property. Everything exceeded our expectations, prompting us to extend our stay from one day to three.

Initially intending to move to another hotel after a day, we were captivated by the exceptional hospitality and serene ambiance that enveloped us.

Manager Mr. Pankaj deserves special mention for his kindness and unwavering support throughout our stay. He went above and beyond, assisting us with booking cabs for local sightseeing and even arranging transportation to Shimla, all at very reasonable rates.

Though located on the outskirts amidst apple farm hills, the slight inconvenience of extra travel expenses was more than compensated for by the breathtaking views and unmatched hospitality.
