Rohtang Villa — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

After reading reviews on Google we thought to stay here for 3 nights but after i checked in hotel room was good but there flush problem in toilet, caretaker showed us other rooms as well but all were same so we decided to check out as no one can stay with this issue we hardly stayed for 2 hrs , i asked refund from the owner but he refused he didn't even thought that it was serious service issue atleast he could refund half of paid rent but No He said mam it's your choice this words in hospitality industry is not accepted.

Really disappointed I will not recommend this hotel because of this behaviour.

On your reply this is my answer 1st of all i don't how come others didn't complaint you on flush issues bt we faced the same otherwise after paying advance for 3 nights we were interested not to change hotel and good i paid you only 1000.

And we checked out at 1 pm on same day coz we had our tour you can check your cctv footage

I want to add one more thing there is only 1 caretaker who cooks food and also...

Location;- Nehru Kund, 5-6 kms away from main Manali(on the way to solang.valley, Atal tunnel) but still good .

View:- Good, good lawn area.

Just 100 meters from main road. Old Bridge which needs to be cross is in very bad conditions but soon new bridge will be open.

Reasonable rates.

Food is not upto the mark. ( during my visit).

Good place for food is SHER - E - PUNJAB (APPX 2KMS AWAY).

Nearby market is 500meters away and closes very early in the evening compare to main Manali market.

Auto charges 200-300 from bus stand(main Manali) to nehru kund, (night 100,150 extra).

I find staff good.

Should check bathroom amenities at hotels before check IN.

The location of this property is good. But the rooms and services were not up to the mark. The door was really hard to close. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was a wet towel in the bathroom. There was construction happening in the property and it was all dust and noise of equipments. Wifi speed was bad at times.

Service wasn't very polite. Felt like a bunch of youngsters just hanging around the property. Didn't give an estimate for late checkout charges after multiple queries and demanded a fixed amount while checkout. I would stay away from this property until at least the...
