Is it’s a five star definitely not , in fact service wise I have never experience a worse hotel than this , rooms are nice and clean Check in was fast and smooth , but the bell boy and people around were not ready to help me guide to the room so I took my luggage myself to the room they just kept looking , I was hungry as I had checked in at around 8.20 pm and wanted to order , there was no QR nor menu and I requested that three times within a span of around 40 minutes then only they send the menu , ordered a veg pizza it was delivered after 40 minutes which is fine but it was dead cold as if it was made few hours back , spending 855 over the MRP and getting such a piece was disappointing, I had to eat it eventually with great difficulty Breakfast was there at around 7.45 theee tables were occupied and three servers were there but they were busy with themselves , idli I took and it was same , u cannot make idli that’s surprising it was so hard I showed to one of the server that I cannot break it and she took time to find one that was actually eatable , poha was not good , chutney was nice cold coffee was utter bitter Again check out was smooth , moving out the security was happy to say namaste but refrain from lifting luggage to taxi , my driver did it with me Now got call again after checkout demanding where is face towel which is missing from the room , imagine it’s so irritating Sorry for writing such long review but this is in no was a five star Will I stay here again Yes I will have to sometime when I cannot find any other place in surat as there are very few options and this hotel is a big disappointment Pls ask someone to verify what’s in the room when u check in or else they will label...

Right at check in the front desk guy was not able to match the online price at hilton.com and asked us to book the room online while we were standing at hotel, whereas this was not the case at other hilton hotel where we went 3 days back. Please hire a robot instead.
We went for a dinner buffet upon asking for check, the lady came after 5 mins. and asked if we will pay from swiggy , presuming that we were not in house guest. She could have just asked the method of payment instead of presuming.
Someone from.room service rang the door bell to ask if we want the room cleaned, we said no and just asked for water refills, never showed up.
We called reception and wanted to know our options if we pre-pone our stay, the lady promised to call back bu never called back and left for the day. She also said that because we booked online feom official hotel site, thats why she cannot help but she promised to call back after 15 mins with more information but no call back. I called customer care and was told that only front desk guys can help, kind of went in loops. Finally we decided not to stay in that hotel and will be checking out a night before.
Whether issue can be resolved or not but ethics is, not to ghost your clients specially in a hospitality business.
